1.1 InstruconsfortheSafeOperaonand
UseoftheFingerPulseOximeter
• Do not aempt to service the pulse oximeter.
Only qualied service personnel should aempt
any needed internal servicing.
• Do not use the oximeter in situaons where
alarms are required.
• Prolonged use or the paent’s condion may
require changing the sensor site periodically.
• Change sensor site and check skin integrity,
circulatory status and correct alignment at least
every 2 hours.
• Sp02 measurements may be adversely aected
in the presence of high ambient light. Shield the
sensor area (with a surgical towel, for example)
if necessary.
• The following reasons will cause interference:
• High-frequency electrosurgical devices
• Placement of a sensor on an extremity with
a blood pressure cuî„« arterial catheter, or
intravascular line
• The paent has hypotension severe
vasoconstricon severe anemia or hypothermia
• The paent is in cardiac arrest or is in shock
• Fingernail polish or false ngernails may cause
inaccurate Sp02 readings
1.2 Warnings
WARNING
EXPLOSION HAZARD— Do not use the oximeter
in a ammable atmosphere where concentrations of
ammable anesthetics or other materials may occur.
WARNING
Do not throw batteries in î‚¿re as this may cause them
to explode.
WARNING
Do not attempt to recharge normal dry-cell batteries,
they may leak. And may cause a î‚¿re or even explode.
WARNING
Do not use the pulse oximeter in an MRI or CT
environment.
CAUTION
Keep the operating environment free of dust,
vibrations, corrosive, or ammable materials, and
extremes of temperature and humidity.
CAUTION
Do not operate the unit if it is damp or wet because
of condensation or spills. Avoid using the equipment
immediately after moving it from a cold environment
to a warm, humid location.
CAUTION Never use sharp or pointed objects to operate the
front-panel key.
CAUTION
The battery must be taken out from the battery
compartment if the device will not be used for a long
time.
CAUTION The device shall only be used if the battery cover
is closed.
CAUTION The battery must be proper disposed according to
local regulation after their use.

Whenplugging yourngerIntothe Oximeter, your
nailsurfacemustbeupward.
Instrucons:Please use the medical alcohol to clean
the rubber before each test and clean the tested
î„®nger with alcohol before and aî…Œer the test.
• Install two AAA baeries into baery cassee
before covering its cover
• Open the Oximeter by pressing the back part
together, insert one î„®nger with the î„®ngernail
upwards in the Oximeter (ideally up to the end)
and close it by releasing the back part.
• Press buon on the front panel;
• Don’t tremble your nger when the Oximeter is
working. Please don’t move your body.
• Press the buon on the front panel, if you want
change display direcon;
• Read relevant date from display screen.
• The instrument has the sleep mode, no signal will
be received if it is in sleep mode.
• Please replace new baeries when OLED indicates
the baeries are in low power.
