HOW TO CUT CHEESE
The Parmesan Pro is suitable for cutting parmesan.

Before pulling the wire: make a v-shaped course
in the rind.
Place the cheese on the Parmesan Pro. Other cutting options. Note that coursing
the cheese is not necassery.
1. Place the Parmesan Pro on top of the counter. In such a way that the handle can rotate freely.
2. Take the wire in the gap in the middle of the plate. Pull the wire out (you might have to rotate
the handle) untill the cheese ts under the wire.
3. By rotating the handle clockwise, the wire will cut the cheese. Cut the cheese carefully (avoid
too much pressure on the wire).
4. The machine comes with a clockwise rotating handle, but is easy to convert to counterclockwi-
se rotation by turning the shaft.
