Place the removed rechargeable battery out of the reach of infants to
prevent accidental ingestion
The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable recyclable resource.
Please remove the lithium-ion battery prior to disposal and hand over it to a
professional organization capable of recycling and processing rechargeable
batteries.
The battery must be removed from the device before discarding the appliance.
The device must be turned off before removing the battery.
The battery should be disposed of safely.
1. Open the shell using a tool.
2. Unscrew the screws at the circuit board.
3. Disconnect the battery terminal plug.
4. Remove the battery.
Do not throw into the fire or expose to excessive heat.
Do not puncture with nails, subject to heavy impact, or disassemble

workshops, and gas stations.
This product is not equipment and does not diagnose or treat neck disorders.
Patients with neck ailments should consult healthcare professionals to avoid
delaying treatment.
Do not use this product while driving, climbing, or engaging in other dangerous
activities, as it may lead to accidents.
Do not use near the heart, above the neck, head, mouth, genital areas, or on skin
disorders, and avoid massaging both soles of the feet simultaneously.
The hot compress period for this product must not exceed 15 minutes (please
confirm the time), as there is a risk of low-temperature burns. Do not use while
asleep or in an unconscious state, and users who are sensitive to heat should
use a lower heat setting and strictly control the use time.
Individuals with circulatory disorders such as cerebral vascular diseases, inflamed
or swollen neck skin, suppuration, or neck-related ailments should not use this
product, as it may worsen symptoms.
Keep this product out of reach of infants, children, or individuals who are entirely
or partially unconscious. Do not let them use it, as it may lead to accidents.
Individuals over 70 years old are prohibited from using this product. Please select
a lower setting and strictly control the usage duration since those over 65 have
more delicate skin and less sensitive nerve endings.
Gradually increase the massage setting according to personal comfort; otherwise,
the discomfort from a higher setting might cause muscle strain.
If discomfort occurs during use, please stop using immediately.
Do not disassemble this product yourself.
Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.
If you have a neck injury, consult healthcare professionals before using this product.
The device has a heating surface, so those who are insensitive to heat must take
caution while using it.
Use within the normal operating environment: Temperature: 0°C to 40°C; Relative
Humidity: <80%H, no condensation; Atmospheric Pressure: 50Kpa to 106Kpa.
Please choose normal transportation and storage conditions: Temperature Range:
-20 to +55℃ ℃; Relative Humidity Range: ≤95%RH, no condensation; Atmospheric
Pressure: 50Kpa to 106Kpa.
This product contains a lithium battery. Do not disassemble, modify, immerse in
water, or expose to open flame, as it may result in damage or explosion.
Do not press on the heart when using, as this may cause an accident or physical
discomfort.
Do not use this product with medical devices or with more than two of this product
simultaneously, as it may cause nausea or physical discomfort.
Do not use for purposes other than those specified in the instruction manual, as it
may cause accidents.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify this product yourself, as it may lead to a
malfunction or an electric shock accident.
Do not use to massage parts of the body other than the neck.
If a patient simultaneously uses high-frequency surgical equipment and this
massager, it may cause burns at the massager's electrode location and may also
damage this massager.
If this product is used near shortwave or microwave therapy equipment (within 1
meter), the output of this massager may be unstable.
Electrode pads should avoid contact with wounds and scars during massage.
While massaging, the electrode pads must not be placed near the heart area of the
chest, as this could increase the risk of cardiac fibrillation.

If you feel physical discomfort due to abnormalities in this product, please stop
using it immediately. Consult a doctor if you are experiencing unusual sensations in
your body or skin, and follow medical advice.
Do not massage with electronic devices, as it may cause malfunctions (such as a
disruption in the electronic watch's timing).
If a fault occurs and the device cannot operate, immediately disconnect the power
and remove it; otherwise, it may cause overheating or short circuits, resulting in an

Do not plug or unplug the charging cable with wet hands, as it may cause electric
shock or accidents.
Do not use while sleeping, as it may cause the device to malfunction and the
electrode pads to move to other parts of the body, causing discomfort.
Please wear this product correctly for the cervical spine area, placing it
symmetrically on both sides to avoid accidents or discomfort.
When disconnecting the charging cable from the device, hold the plug rather than
the cable, since pulling may cause an electric shock or damage the product.
Charge the product according to the instruction manual the first time you use it or
if the battery has been drained from long-term storage to ensure it works properly.
It is normal for the product's surface to get heated after extended use.
When the product is working, it will moderately knead the neck area; do not
massage for an extended period of time. If discomfort is felt, take a break before
using again.
Do not forcefully fold the product when using or storing it to prevent damaging its
components.
During the folding process of the product, avoid hair or skin contact to prevent
pinching.
Recommendation
Prior to use, please ensure the main host buttons are working properly.
If using the product for the first time or after the battery has been depleted from
long-term storage, charge the product according to the instruction manual to
ensure it works properly.
Please dispose of this product in line with applicable city environmental protection
standards to prevent environmental pollution.
