2. Press and hold button for 2 secondsTIME
until the minute digits flash.
3. Press button to set the minutes.UNIT
Hold down button to quicken up selection.
4. Press button.TIME
5. Press button to set the hour.UNIT

TO SET COUNTDOWN TIMER
1. Press button until ‘ is displayed.TIME TMR’
2. Press and hold button for 2 seconds to reset digits to ‘ .UNIT 00.00’
3. Press and hold button for 2 seconds until display flashes.TIME
4. Press button to set the seconds. Hold down button to quicken up selection.UNIT
5. Press button.TIME
6. Press button to set the minutes. Hold down button to quicken up selection.UNIT
7. Press button to start countdown.TIME
8. The countdown can be stopped by pressing button.UNIT
You can restart it by pressing the button again.UNIT
9. The alarm bleeps for 30 seconds when it reaches ‘ . It will then revert to clock mode.00.00’
10. Press any button to stop alarm. Display will show ‘ .00.00’
Press to recall last countdown time and start timer.UNIT
SETTING THE CLOCK
TO REPLACE BATTERIES
UNIT TIME ON/TARE
1. Remove battery door from the rear
of the scale.
2. Ensure +/- terminals are the
correct way around. Before use,
remove the isolating tab.
3. Replace battery door.

USING THE SCALE
TO SWITCH ON
1. If using a bowl place the bowl on the
platform before switching the scale on.
2. Press ON/TARE button.
‘ ’ appears on display.HELO
3. Wait until display shows zero.
PRESS TO CONVERT WEIGHT UNITS
Press button to convert between metricUNIT
and imperial units, at any time during weighing.
TO ADD & WEIGH
To weigh several different ingredients in one bowl, press ON/TARE to reset the display between
each ingredient.
AUTO SWITCH OFF
Scale reverts to clock mode if display shows
zero or same weight for 3 minutes.
MANUAL SWITCH OFF
To maximise battery life press buttonTIME
to switch to clock mode.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use
chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
• All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly
flavoured/coloured foods.Avoid contact with acids such as citrus juices.
• The glass platform on this scale is removable.* To remove the platform, rotate the glass platform
anti-clockwise to separate it from the rest of the scale.
*Select models only
NOTE:The Platform is not dishwasher safe.
To avoid damage to scale do NOT exceed scale maximum capacity.
