OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

REBOOTS GO

Keep these operating instructions in a safe place! Do not take apart or burn

this device. Repairs to the control unit may only be carried out by persons au-

thorised by Wellcosan GmbH, or the warranty may be invalidated. If this device

becomes damaged, remove the power cord and turn off the device. Remove the

power cord and turn off this device if it comes in contact with water or other

liquids. Do not use this device in damp areas. Ensure that this device remains in

good condition. Do not allow Reboots Go and the built-in battery in particular to

be shaken or thrown.

Nothing should be placed on top of this device when it is in use. Be sure that the

tubes do not become twisted or kinked when the device is in use. Keep Reboots

Go away from heat sources (direct sunlight, radiators, etc.). Turn this device off

when not in use.

Unplug the power cord when the battery is fully charged or the device is not in

use. Always unplug the device before cleaning. Never press down on or pierce

the built-in battery. Keep Reboots Go away from children and anyone who has

not been informed about their proper use.

The manufacturer or importer declares that this product meets the

requirements of the applicable EC directives and conforms to the key

requirements set therein.

This mark indicates that this device must be disposed of separately

from normal household waste. Please take this device to an electronic

waste facility when you wish to dispose of it.

We provide a 24-month warranty for the control unit. If something goes wrong,

it may be necessary to send in the unit for evaluation. When doing this, please

make sure to package the unit securely to avoid damage during transport. De-

fects resulting from improper packaging are not covered by the warranty. War-

ranty terms: Insofar as a legal obligation to provide warranty exists and with

the exclusion of the right to cancellation or price reduction, a replacement will

be provided at no cost or the manufacturer will have the opportunity to correct

the defect. If the defect persists after multiple attempts to correct the problem,

or the replacement unit is found to be defective from the manufacturer, the

customer has the right to a cancellation or price reduction.

Warranty Exclusion: defects resulting from excessive force, improper use,

violent impacts, or changes and repairs by third parties, such as damages from

incorrectly-sized or shorted circuits, or damage resulting from normal wear and

tear are excluded from warranty. Warranty Requirement: the warranty is only

1 INSERT

MULTI-PLUG

There are two clips on the side of the

Multi-Plug. The clips must be depres-

sed in order to connect the Mul-

ti-Plug to the device. Once the clips

are depressed, the Multi-Plug can

be inserted. The cable must the re-

moved in the same fashion after use.

2 PUT ON

REBOOTS

It is generally best to pull the boots

as high as you can. Only the tips of

your toes (not the full toes!) should

peek out of the ends. Keep your legs

as horizontal as possible while using

the Reboots, and make sure that the

air tubes do not become kinked.

TURN ON THE

CONTROL UNIT

On the right side of the unit, you will

ﬁ nd the power switch. If the device

does not turn on when the switch is

ﬂ ipped, the battery is likely drained.

Use the included charging cable to

recharge the battery.

PROGRAMMES GUIDE /

Maximum regeneration for maximum performance: in order

to achieve the best results from your recovery programme,

please note the following points:

USE

You can use Reboots both before and after exercising, either

to help with relaxation and prevent soreness or to loosen up

or muscles in advance. The focus of the massage depends on

the programme.

LENGTH AND FREQUENCY OF USE

The optimum length of use after training is between 30 and

50 minutes. Before training, use between 10 and 20 minutes

to loosen up your muscles. There is not set maximum length

or frequency. In general, you may use your Reboots as long as

they feel good. After exercise, it is best to use Reboots on a

mid to high level of pressure. Before exercising, you can use

Reboots at a mid-level pressure. As long as you feel comfor-

table during the massage programme, it is ﬁ ne to use higher

pressure or longer programmes. We recommend moving

slowly between pressure levels in order to ﬁ nd your optimal

setting. More is not always better: the recovery programme

should never be unpleasant or painful.

USEBEFORE USE

Programme A uses very pre-

cise point-for-point pressure,

and is therefore good for

loosening muscles.

Prolonged pressure in pro-

gramme B prevents backﬂ ow.

Programme B is intended pri-

marily to aid in the removal of

lactic acid. If you are a beginner,

it is best to use programme A

for a while ﬁ rst, before slowly

introducing programme B.

In programme C, several air

chambers are continually

pumped up at once, so that

backﬂ ow is reduced. This

programme is suitable for

lactic acid removal and is less

intensive than programme

B because the feet are not

continually pressed.

Programme D supplements pro-

gramme C with a very effecti-

ve pulse effect. The pressure in

the last active chamber is raised

three times and then reduced

again. This allows time for meta-

bolic waste to move through the

tissue. The result is a particularly

thorough recovery programme.

4SELECT LENGTH The default massage time is 30 min.

You can use the buttons to shorten or lengthen the

programme one minute at a time. The maximum length is 99

minutes. The pump turns off automatically once the program-

me has ended.

5SELECT PRESSURE The default pressure is Level 8.

You can use the buttons to choose between 16

pressure levels.

S E L E C T P R O G R A M M E Programme A is selected as the

default. The programme cannot be changed while it is

running. In order to change the programme, you must pause

the device.

D E A C T I V A T E C H A M B E R S All compression chambers

are active by default. If you would like to exclude certain

chambers from the massage, you can do that in this step.

8START When you turn on the device, it will be in pause

mode (orange light). Push the start button to begin the

recovery massage. Tip: the device can be used with a drained

battery as long as it is plugged in.
