The Technivorm Moccamaster Coﬀemaker’s advanced brewing

technique has earned certiﬁcations from the Specialty Coﬀee

Associations of America and Europe (SCAA& SCAE) as well as the

European Coﬀee Brewing Center (ECBC) Seal of Approval.

The ECBC approved seal is only awarded to products that have

passed the extensive quality control and laboratory testing of the

Norwegian Coﬀee Association. Technivorm Moccamaster is the only

manufacturer with ECBC approval for all its household machines.

Only coﬀee brewers that make “the perfect cup”, in compliance with

the association’s strict standards and regulations, are approved.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

• Unwrap the coﬀee maker with care and remove all packaging

materials. Keep the packaging (plastic bags and cardboard)

out of reach of children.

• The appliance is intended to be used in household and similar

applications such as:

• staﬀ kitchen areas in shops, oﬃces and other working

environments.

• farm houses

• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type

environments.

• Use the machine indoors only.

• Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical

knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they

understand the hazards involved.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by

children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.

Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged

• Check to see if the voltage of the appliance matches your

mains voltage. The appliance must be plugged into a socket

cord, which is available from the manufacturer or importer.
