IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put appliance in
water or other liquid.
3. Always unplug from outlet prior to handling or cleaning.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts and before cleaning.
6. Avoid contact with moving parts.
7. Do not operate the WaringĀ® Blender or any other electrical
equipment with a damaged cord or plug, or after the unit
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
it to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair,
or adjustment.
8. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended
or sold by Waring may cause īre, electric shock, or injury.
9. Do not use outdoors.
10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
11. Keep hands and utensils out of jar while blending, to prevent the
possibility of severe personal injury and/or damage to the blender.
A rubber spatula may be used, but must be used only when the
blender is not running.
12. Blade is sharp. Handle carefully.CAUTION:
13. Always operate blender with lid in place.
14. When blending hot liquids, remove center piece of two-piece cover.

15. The use of ear protection is recommended during extended
operating periods.
16. Do not leave blender unattended while it is running.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Power On/Off Button - Pressing this button will turn the blender on and
off. When the unit is turned on, the blue LCD backlight will illuminate and will
prompt user when the machine is ready for blending.
2. Start/Stop Button - Pressing this button once while in standby mode will
cause the blender to run. Pressing this button again will stop the blender
from running. The blender should not be run without a container or NOTE:
with an empty container.
3. Speed Controls - Gradually increase or decrease the blending speed
of the blender in 1% increments. The speeds range from 15% to 100%.
The speed controls can also set the speed of the Norm Pulse function.
NOTE: Speed settings will be saved when unit is turned off.
4. Maximum Pulse Control - Pressing this button provides a quick burst of
speed during a blending cycle. The MAX Pulse button will run the blender at
150% power (30,000 RPMs).
5. Normal Pulse Control - Pressing this button provides a quick burst of
speed during blending cycles at speeds of less than 100%. The Norm Pulse
button will run the blender at 100% power (20,000 RPMs).
6. LCD Display - This window will display all operating messages with a
sharp blue LCD backlight.
7. Program Buttons for Pre-set Beverage Stations - The blender comes
with 4 preprogrammed beverage stations. These stations consist of the
most frequently blended kinds of drinks. All stations are reprogrammable to
accommodate the userās preferences. See page 6 for details on this feature.

cordset having a molded 3-prong grounding-type plug, and should be
used in combination with a properly connected grounding-type outlet as
shownīinīFigureīA.īIfīaīgrounding-typeīoutletīisīnotīavailable,īanīadapter,ī
asīshownīinīFigureīB,īmayībeīusedītoīenableīaī2-slotīwallīoutletītoībeī
used with a 3-prong plug.*

grounding lug under the screw of the outlet cover plate.

OPERATION
ī 1.ī PlugītheīpowerīcordīintoīACīoutlet.īPressītheīOn/Off button to
turn the unit on. The blue LCD backlight will turn on and the words
WARINGīCOMMERCIALīwillīappear,īindicatingīthatītheīpowerīisīon.ī
After 5 seconds, the blender enters standby mode.
NOTE:īInīstandbyīmode,ītheīblenderīisīawaitingīdirectionsīandīwillīreadī
PRESSīANYīBUTTONīTOīBLEND.
2. The motor speed can be adjusted by pressing the or Speed
buttons. Speed ranges from 15% to 100%.
100% 20,000 RPMs
50% 10,000 RPMs
15% 3,000 RPMs
The Speed Up button will increase the motor speed display in 1%
increments and the Speed Down button will decrease the motor
speedīdisplayīinī1%īincrements.īHoldingīdownīeitherībuttonīwillīquicklyī
scroll through speeds.
Using the Speed Up and Speed Down buttons, set desired motor
speed.īIfīnoīspeedīisīselected,īmotorīwillīdefaultītoī100%.
NOTE:īTheīmotorīdoesīnotīrunīatītheīnewlyīsetīspeedīuntilītheīStart/
Stop buttonīisīpressed.īIfīStart/Stopī button is not pressed
withinī5īseconds,ītheīnewīspeedīsettingīwillībeīstoredīforīnextīuseīandī

percentage. Default speed (percentage) is at 100%. Motor speed can be
changed while blender is running by simply pressing Speed Up or
Speed Down button.

press any of the program buttons.
PULSE FEATURES
Your unit comes equipped with two Pulse options: Normal Pulse and
MaximumīPulseī . The Pulse buttons are momentary switches ā Note:
once released, the unit will shut off.
ī 1.ī ToīuseīMaxīpulseīoption,īpressītheī button. This will run the motor
at 150% speed. The LCD will read MAX PULSE SPEED: 150%.
2. To use Normal pulse option, press the button. This will run the motor
atī100%īspeed.īTheīLCDīwillīreadīNORMīPULSEīSPEED:ī100%.
3. The blender allows you to set the pulse to your desired speed. While
blending at Normal pulse speed, the motor can be adjusted. To do this,
hold the Pulse button and press Speed Up or Speed Down
