Drukontluchtingsbescherming -
als de interne druk overbelast is (maximale nominale druk
= 8.000 PSI (+/- PSI)), laat de drukontluchtingsbescherming automatisch overbelaste 500
druk ontsnappen om persoonlijk letsel en schade aan het hulpstuk van de vetspuit te
voorkomen.
LET OP
Stel de drukontluchtingsbescherming NIET af. Het is fabrieksmatig ingesteld op
ongeveer 8.000 PSI (+/- 500 PSI) en mag niet worden aangepast of gewijzigd.
• Als gevolg van ons voortdurende onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsprogramma kunnen de
specicaties hierin zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.
Veiligheidsinstructies voor vetspuit-hulpstuk het
1. Gebruik het vetspuit-hulpstuk niet voordat u alle veiligheidsinstructies in de
handleiding van het vetspuit-hulpstuk en het elektrisch gereedschap waarmee dit
wordt bediend he t gelezen en begrepen. ef
2. Het vetspuit-hulpstuk is een apparaat dat hoge druk kan produceren; het heeft een
vermogen tot 8.000 PSI (+/- 500 PSI). De gebruikelijke werkbelasting voor dit
hulpstuk is 4.000 PSI. Verkeerd gebruik of onjuiste toepassing van dit hulpstuk kan
leiden tot het breken van de componenten, brand of ontplong, wat kan resulteren
in ernstig lichamelijk letsel of schade aan eigendommen.
3. Een onder druk staand systeem is zo sterk als het zwakste onderdeel. Overschrijd
nooit de maximale werkdruk van het onderdeel met de laagste nominale waarde in
het systeem. Controleer en draai alle aansluitingen, ttingen en slangen regelmatig
aan. Een versleten of beschadigde slang kan scheuren, met ernstig lichamelijk letsel
of materiële schade tot gevolg.
4. Draag altijd een veiligheidsbril of oogbescherming wanneer u het vetspuit-hulpstuk
gebruikt.
5. Installeer de vetslang altijd goed. Een losse tuit is gevaarlijk en kan tijdens het
gebruik losraken.
6. Plaats tijdens het gebruik nooit handen of andere lichaamsdelen in de buurt van de
uitlaat van het vetspuit-hulpstuk. Houd het vetspuit-hulpstuk alleen aan het handvat
vast. Houd het vetspuit-hulpstuk niet vast tijdens het gebruik.
7. Laat de trekker van het elektrisch gereedschap los wanneer de smeernippel vol is.
Als u het gereedschap continu laat draaien kan de motor oververhit raken en
mechanische schade of persoonlijk letsel veroorzaken.
