be switched on by accident or still be hot, which means that

substances may be stored in it. Ensure there is several
centimetres clearance between the underside of the hob
andī˜žthe contents of any drawer.
ā€¢ The appliance is not intended to be operated by means
ofī˜žanī˜žexternal timer or a separate remote control system.
ā€¢ Do not place metal objects such as knives, forks, spoons
andī˜žlids on the surface of the hob. These can become hot.
ā€¢ When you remove the pan from the induction hob, the cooking
activity is stopped automatically. However, always make
it a habit to switch off the hob or cooking zone to prevent
unwanted activation. Switch off the cooking zone by means of
the control and do not only rely upon the pan detection system.
ā€¢ The ceramic plate is very strong, but not unbreakable.
Ifī˜žsomething falls on it, such as a spice jar or a pointy object,
thisī˜žmay result in a broken plate.
ā€¢ WARNING: if the surface is cracked, switch off
theī˜žappliance to avoid the risk of an electric shock.
ā€¢ At higher positions, you should be aware of the very fast heating
time. Always remain nearby after adjusting a cooking zone
toī˜žaī˜žhigher position.
