Wichtige Hinweise
Bei der Installation, dem Betrieb und bei der Wartung ist
diese Anweisung zu beachten. Nach den VDE-Bestimmun-
gen muß diese Anweisung jederzeit verfügbar sein und bei
Arbeiten am Gerät dem Fachmann zur Kenntnisnahme
übergeben werden. Wir bitten sie deshalb die Anweisung
bei Wohnungswechsel dem Besitzer oder neuen Benutzer
zu übergeben.
Die Montage des Gerätes darf nur von einem Fachmann
ausgeführt werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.
Vor Beginn der Montage sicherstellen, daß das Spei-
cherheizgerät spannungslos ist.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, daß der Einbau der Zusatzhei-
zung nur bei entspeichertem Gerät erfolgen darf.
Einbau nur an kalten Geräten vornehmen. Kernraumab-
deckung nicht entfernen, es besteht Gefahr, daß die inte-
grierte Wärmedämmung beschädigt wird.
Achtung! Bimetallstreifen und deren Haltewinkel nicht
verbiegen!
Benutzerhinweise
Die Zusatzheizung kommt dann zum Einsatz, wenn Wärme
kurzfristig benötigt wird und das Speicherheizgerät nicht
aufgeladen wurde (Übergangszeit, Gästezimmer).
Die Zusatzheizung wird durch betätigen des im
Raumtemperaturregler eingebauten Schalters in Betriebs-
bereitschaft gesetzt. Bei Speicherheizgeräten mit integrier-
tem Raumtemperaturregler befindet sich der Schalter für
die Zusatzheizung am Gerät.
Immer dann, wenn Wärmebedarf besteht und die am
Raumtemperaturregler vorgewählte Solltemperatur unter-
schritten wird, setzt der Raumtemperaturregler (Schalter
Zusatzheizung EIN ) die Zusatzheizung gleichzeitig mit
dem Lüfter des Speicherheizgerätes in Betrieb. Bei ausrei-
chender Aufladung des Speicherheizgerätes ist der Einsatz
der Zusatzheizung nicht sinnvoll. Daher ist im Speicher-
heizgerät ein Temperaturregler eingebaut der einen Betrieb
der Zusatzheizung verhindert, wenn die gespeicherte Rest-
wärme mehr als 20% des maximalen Wärmespeicherver-
mögens beträgt. Bedenken Sie, daß der Energieverbrauch
der Zusatzheizung zu normalem Tarif erfolgt.

Remarques importantes
Il convient de respecter les présentes instructions lors de
l‘installation, de l‘exploitation et de l‘entretien. Aux termes
des normes VDE, la présente notice doit pouvoir être con-
sultée à tout moment et être remise à l‘installateur lors des
travaux sur l‘appareil. En cas de déménagement, nous vous
prions par conséquent de remettre la présente notice au
nouveau locataire ou au propriétaire.
Le montage de l‘appareil doit être obligatoirement confié Ã
une personne spécialisée. Une réparation non conforme
aux règles de l‘art peut entraîner des risques importants
pour l‘utilisateur.
Avant le début du montage, s‘assurer que le radiateur
électrique à accumulation est hors tension.
Le montage du chauffage d‘appoint ne doit être effectué
que lorsque le radiateur à accumulation est totalement
déchargé. N‘effectuer le montage que sur des radiateurs
froids.
Ne pas retirer la plaque de fermeture du noyau, car il y a
risque d‘endommagement de l‘isolation thermique intégrée.
Attention ! Ne pas déformer les bilames ni leur équerre
de fixation !
Instructions pour l‘utilisateur
Le chauffage d‘appoint sera utilisé si l‘on a, à court terme,
un besoin de chaleur et que le radiateur à accumulation
n‘est pas chargé (intersaison, chambre d‘amis).
Le chauffage d‘appoint est mis en service par l‘interrupteur
intégré dans le thermostat d‘ambiance. Sur les radiateurs Ã
accumulation à thermostat d‘ambiance intégré, l‘interrup-
teur du chauffage d‘appoint se trouve sur le radiateur.
Lorsque l‘interrupteur du chauffage d‘appoint est sur ON et
que la température ambiante tombe en dessous de la
valeur réglée sur le thermostat d‘ambiance, ce dernier com-
mande la mise en marche du chauffage d‘appoint en même
temps que le ventilateur du radiateur à accumulation.
L‘enclenchement du chauffage d‘appoint doit être empêché
lorsque la charge restante du radiateur à accumulation est
suffisante. A cet effet, le radiateur comporte un contact
thermométrique qui empêche l‘enclenchement du chauffa-
ge d‘appoint lorsque la chaleur résiduelle emmagasinée est
supérieure à 20 % de la capacité d‘accumulation maximale.
N‘oubliez pas que l‘énergie consommée par le chauffage
d‘appoint est facturée au tarif normal.

Belangrijke aanwijzingen
Men dient deze handleiding in acht te
nemen bij installatie, bedrijf en onderhoud.
Volgens de bepalingen van de VDE (Ver-
eniging van Duitse Elektrotechnici) dient
deze handleiding altijd beschikbaar te zijn
en bij werkzaamheden aan het apparaat
aan de vakman ter kennisgeving worden
overhandigd. Wij vragen u derhalve de
handleiding in geval van verhuizing te
doen toekomen aan de eigenaar of de
nieuwe gebruiker.
De montage van het apparaat mag alleen
worden uitgevoerd door een vakman.
Ondeskundig uitgevoerde reparaties kun-
nen aanzienlijke risico‘s voor de gebruiker
tot gevolg hebben.
Verzeker u er vóór de montage van dat
de elektrische accumulatorkachel niet
onder spanning staat.
Houd er rekening mee, dat de montage
van het dagelement alleen mag plaatsvin-
den indien het toestel ontladen is.
Montage alleen uitvoeren bij afgekoelde
toestellen. Kernafdekking niet verwijderen,
anders bestaat het gevaar op beschadi-
ging van de geïntegreerde warmte-isolatie.
Pas op! Bimetaalbanden en bevesti-
gingsbeugels niet buigen!
Gebruiksaanwijzingen
Het dagelement wordt gebruikt wanneer er
kort gestookt moet worden en de elektri-
sche accumulatorkachel niet is opgeladen
(overgangsperiode, logeerkamer).
Het dagelement wordt met behulp van de
in de kamerthermostaat ingebouwde
schakelaar in de bedrijfsstand gezet. Bij
elektrische accumulatorkachels met geïn-
tegreerde kamerthermostaat bevindt de
schakelaar voor het dagelement zich aan
het toestel.
Telkens wanneer men behoefte heeft aan
warmte en de temperatuur onder de aan
de kamerthermostaat ingestelde gewenste
temperatuur komt, stelt de kamerther-
mostaat (schakelaar dagelement AAN) het
dagelement tegelijk met de ventilator van
de elektrische accumulatorkachel in bedri-
jf. Indien de elektrische accumulatorkachel
voldoende is opgeladen, is het niet zinvol
het dagelement te gebruiken. Daarom
heeft de accumulatorkachel een ingebou-
wde temperatuurschakelaar die voorkomt
dat het dagelement in bedrijf wordt
gesteld, wanneer de opgeslagen rest-
warmte meer dan 20% van het maximum
warmteopslagvermogen bedraagt. Houd
er rekening mee dat voor het energiever-
bruik van het dagelement het normale
tarief wordt gerekend

Important Notice
These instructions should be observed
during the installation, use and maintenan-
ce of the equipment. Under VDE regulati-
ons, these instructions must be readily
available and should be shown to any
qualified person working on the appliance.
You are therefore requested to pass these
instructions on to any subsequent owner
or tenant.
The installation of the appliance should
only be carried out by a qualified fitter.
Improper work carried out on the applian-
ce could lead to serious risks for the user.
Before installing the appliance, ensure
that the storage heater is disconnected
from the power supply.
Please note that the installation of the
additional heating can only take place
when the storage heater has discharged
and cooled down fully. Installation can
only be carried out on a cold appliance.
Do not remove the central compartment
covering as damage may be caused to the
integrated thermal insulation.
Warning! Do not interfere with the
bimetal strips or their fixing brackets.
Notice to Users
The auxiliary heating is used when heat is
required at short notice and the storage
heater has not been charged (interim peri-
od, quest room).
The auxiliary heating is turned on by adju-
sting the built-in switch in the room tem-
perature regulator. In the case of storage
heaters with an integrated room tempera-
ture regulator, the switch for the auxiliary
heating is located on the appliance itself.
If heat is required and the temperature sel-
ected on the room temperature regulator
cannot be met, the regulator (auxiliary
heating switch ON) will turn on the auxili-
ary heating in addition to the fan in the
storage heater. However, the use of the
auxiliary heating is not recommended if
the storage heater has been charged suffi-
ciently. Therefore, a temperature regulator
has been built into the storage heater to
block the use of the auxiliary heating when
the remaining heat stored is more than
20% of the total storage capacity of the
heater. Note that the use of the auxiliary
heating is charged at the standard rate.

Observaciones importantes
Se deben observar las presentes instruc-
ciones en la instalación, el servicio y el
mantenimiento del aparato. Con arreglo a
las disposiciones VDE, las presentes
instrucciones han de estar a disposición en
cualquier momento y se han de entregar al
montador, para su conocimiento, cuando
vaya a realizar trabajos en el aparato. Por
ello, rogamos que si se cambia de domici-
lio se entreguen las instrucciones al nuevo
inquilino o propietario.
El aparato ha de ser instalado sólo por per-
sonas entendidas. Las reparaciones efec-
tuadas inadecuadamente pueden ser
causa de peligros considerables para el
usuario.
Antes de proceder a la instalación, cer-
ciorarse de que el acumulador está sin
tensión.
Téngase en cuenta que la instalación de la
calefacción adicional sólo se debe efectuar
estando el acumulador descargado. Realizar
la instalación sólo en acumuladores frÃos.
No retirar la cubierta del espacio de aloja-
miento del núcleo; si se retira, se corre el
riesgo de dañar el aislamiento térmico inte-
grado
.
Atención: no doblar las tiras bimetálicas
ni sus escuadras de sujeción.
Instrucciones de utiliza-
ción para el usuario
La calefacción adicional se emplea sola-
mente cuando se requiere calor a breve
plazo y el acumulador no ha sido cargado
(tiempo de transición, habitación para fora-
steros).
La calefacción adicional se pone en dispo-
sición de funcionamiento accionando el
interruptor incorporado en el termostato de
la habitación. En acumuladores con ter-
mostato integrado el interruptor de la cale-
facción adicional se encuentra en el acu-
mulador.
Siempre que se requiere calor y la tempe-
ratura en la habitación queda por debajo
de la seleccionada en el termostato, este
último (el interruptor de la calefacción adi-
cional está en CON.) pone en funcio-
namiento la calefacción adicional junto con
el soplador del acumulador. Cuando el
acumulador está suficientemente cargado,
no es conveniente usar la calefacción adi-
cional. Por ello, en el acumulador hay un
interruptor térmico que impide el funcio-
namiento de la calefacción adicional si el
calor restante acumulado es más del 20%
de la capacidad máxima del acumulador.
Hay que tener presente que el consumo de
energÃa de la calefacción adicional se fac-
tura a la tarifa normal.
