Montage
Die nachfolgenden Informationen sind für Beamerhalterungen zutreffend, die
an einer senkrechten Wand oder einer waagerechten Decke montiert werden.
• Die Montage ist nur dann zulässig, wenn die Wand- oder Deckenbeschaffenheit dafür
geeignet ist. Dünne Leichtbauwände oder Gipskartonplatten sind normalerweise ungeeignet.
Im Fachhandel gibt es jedoch u.U. spezielle Dübel für solche Montageorte. Fragen Sie im
Zweifelsfall vor der Montage einen Fachmann.
Je nach Untergrund (z.B. Beton) ist dafür geeignetes Montagematerial zu verwenden
(Schrauben, Dübel usw.); dieses liegt der Beamerhalterung normalerweise nicht bei!
Aufgrund des Gewichts von Beamer und Beamerhalterung und der Hebelwirkung ist auf eine
stabile Befestigung zu achten.
• Planen Sie den Montageort sorgfältig, so dass sich später die Beamerhalterung mit dem
daran bendlichen Beamer in der gewünschten Höhe bendet.
• Verwenden Sie eine Wasserwaage zur Montage.
• Achten Sie beim Bohren bzw. Festschrauben darauf, dass keine Kabel oder Leitungen
beschädigt werden. Werden versehentlich Elektroleitungen angebohrt, besteht Lebensgefahr
durch einen elektrischen Schlag!
Achten Sie beim Umgang mit elektrischen Werkzeugen (z.B. einer Bohrmaschine) auf Ihre
Sicherheit. Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Personen unter dem montierten Beamer benden.
WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Beamerhalterungen
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde!
Beamerhalterungen ermöglichen die Befestigung eines Beamers an verschiedenen
Montageoberächen- und orten (z.B. Wand oder Decke).
Es ist wichtig, dass Sie die Funktionen Ihrer Beamerhalterung und Ihres Beamers verstehen,
bevor Sie mit der Montage beginnen. Verschiedene Funktionen können die Montage
beeinussen.
Bei der Montage sind einige wichtige Sicherheitshinweise zu beachten. Lesen Sie sich deshalb
die nachfolgenden Abschnitte aufmerksam durch.
Allgemein
• Eine Beamerhalterung ist kein Spielzeug. Halten Sie deshalb Kinder fern von dem Produkt.
• Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen, dieses könnte für Kinder zu einem
gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.
• Die Wahl eines nicht geeigneten Montageorts kann zu Personen- oder Sachschäden führen!
• Die Beamerhalterung eignet sich nur für den geschützten Innengebrauch, sofern nicht
anders angegeben.
• Gehen Sie beim Zusammenbau bzw. der Montage vorsichtig vor! Das Produkt hat teilweise
scharfe Kanten, es besteht Verletzungsgefahr!
• Führen Sie nur die zur Montage (bzw. Verstellung) der Beamerhalterung erforderlichen Arbeiten
durch. Zerlegen Sie die Beamerhalterung nicht und führen Sie niemals Umbauarbeiten oder
Reparaturversuche durch. Beamerhalterungen können stark vorgespannte Metallfedern
enthalten. Beim unsachgemäßen Zerlegen einer solchen Beamerhalterung besteht die
Gefahr von schweren Verletzungen!
• Prüfen Sie vor dem Beginn der Montage, ob am Beamer geeignete Befestigungsmöglichkeiten
für die Beamerhalterung vorhanden sind. Falls nicht, dann ist eventuell der Rat eines
Fachmannes erforderlich.
• Legen Sie den Beamer vor Montagebeginn auf eine weiche, saubere Unterlage, um ihn zu
schützen.
• Bei der Befestigung ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die richtigen Schrauben verwendet
werden. Diese müssen nicht nur passende Gewinde haben, sondern die Schrauben dürfen
nicht zu lang sein.
• Die Schrauben dürfen jedoch auch nicht zu kurz sein, da andernfalls keine sichere Verbindung
besteht. Schrauben sollten mit mindestens 5 vollständigen 360°-Gewindegängen in die
entsprechenden Gewinde eingeschraubt werden.
• In der Regel liegen der Beamerhalterung oder dem Beamer entsprechende Schrauben bei,
im Einzelfall (abhängig vom Beamer) sind jedoch andere Schrauben erforderlich, die im
Fachhandel erhältlich sind.
• Wenden Sie beim Festschrauben keine Gewalt an, da hierdurch der Beamer zerstört/
beschädigt werden kann, Verlust von Gewährleistung/Garantie!
• Sollten Sie Zweifel über die richtige Schraubenlänge haben, so empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich mit
einem entsprechenden Fachmann in Verbindung zu setzen.
• Es ist sinnvoll, wenn eine zweite Person bei der Montage hilft.
• Führen Sie die Montage sehr gewissenhaft durch, da ein Herabfallen von Beamer und
Beamerhalterung nicht nur zu teuren Folgeschäden führen kann, sondern es besteht
außerdem Verletzungsgefahr!
• Verlegen Sie alle Kabel des Beamers so, dass sie nicht in der Beamerhalterung eingequetscht
oder geknickt werden.
• Überprüfen Sie gelegentlich sämtliche Schraubbefestigungen (ca. alle 3 Monate).
Durch Verstellen und Bewegen von Beamer und Beamerhalterung könnten sich die
Schraubbefestigungen mit der Zeit evtl. lösen.
• Wenden Sie beim Bewegen/Verstellen des Beamers bzw. der Beamerhalterung keine Gewalt
an, der Beamer könnte dadurch beschädigt werden.
• Überlasten Sie die Beamerhalterung nicht. Achten Sie auf die Angaben des Herstellers
zu Maximalgewicht des Beamers bzw. Baugröße.
• Benutzen Sie die Beamerhalterung nicht, um sich abzustützen oder sich daran festzuhalten.
• Befestigen Sie keine anderen Gegenstände an der Beamerhalterung als den dafür
vorgesehenen Beamer.
• Im Zweifelsfall sollten Sie die Montage nicht selbst durchführen; überlassen Sie dies einer
Fachkraft.
• Beamer erzeugen Wärme. Brandgefahr! Treffen Sie entsprechende Vorkehrungen
bezüglich Wärmeabfuhr und Brandverhütung. Gewisse Oberächen können
durch die Wärmeabfuhr beschädigt oder verfärbt werden. Treffen Sie entsprechende

Mounting
The following information is relevant for projector holders that must be
mounted on a vertical or horizontal wall.
• Mounting is permissible only where the wall or ceiling concerned is of the correct type and
condition. Lightweight partition walls or those made from gypsum boards are normally
unsuitable. However, specialist retailers do sometimes stock special dowel îš¿ttings for such
installation locations. If you are in doubt, ask a specialist before installation.
Depending on the base wall material (e.g. concrete), suitable mounting materials must be
used (screws, dowels, etc.); these are not normally supplied with the projector holder!
Due to the weight of the projector and projector holder and the lever action involved, ensure
that the screws are îš¿xed securely.
• Plan the installation location carefully, so that the projector holder with the projector xed to it
will be situated at the correct height when you have îš¿nished.
• Use a spirit level to assist you with the mounting process.
• Make certain when drilling and tightening the screws that no cables or pipes are damaged.
Inadvertently drilling through electric cables can cause a fatal electric shock!
Pay special attention to your safety when using electrical tools (e.g. a drill). Wear safety
goggles.
• Ensure that nobody is situated underneath the mounted projector.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
General safety instructions for projector holders
Dear customer!
Projector holders allow a projector to be secured to different mounting surfaces and locations
(e.g. wall or ceiling).
It is important that you understand the functions of your projector holder and projector before
starting to mount it. Different functions can affect the mounting location.
When mounting the projector there are a few important safety instructions which must be
observed. For this reason, please read the following sections carefully.
General
• A projector holder is not a toy. For this reason, keep the product out of the reach of children.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly as it could become a dangerous
toy for children.
• Selecting an unsuitable installation location can lead to injury or material damage!
• The projector holder is only designed for use in a protected indoor area, unless otherwise
stated.
• Proceed with care when assembling and installing the product! The product has some sharp
edges. There is a risk of injury!
• Only carry out work on the projector holder that is necessary in order to install it (or to change
its location). Never dismantle the projector holder and never attempt to convert it or to repair
it in any way. Projector holders may contain highly pre-stressed metal springs. Dismantling
such a projector holder in the wrong way could result in severe injury!
• Before beginning the installation process, check whether there are appropriate mounting
options for a projector holder on your projector. If not, then it may be necessary to seek the
advice of an expert.
• Before mounting, place the projector on a soft, clean surface to protect it.
• When xing the projector holder to the projector, make absolutely certain that you use the
correct screws. Not only must these be of the correct thread type - they must also not be
too long.
• The screws must not be too short, however, otherwise the connection will not be secure. The
screws must be screwed into the threaded xture holes with at least 5 full 360° turns.
The correct screws are usually supplied together with the projector holder or with the projector.
Occasionally, however (depending on the projector type), other screws are required; these
can be purchased from specialist retailers.
Do not use any force when tightening the screws; otherwise the projector may be destroyed,
leading to loss of warranty/guarantee!
If you are in any doubt about the correct length of the screws required, we recommend that
you contact an appropriate specialist.
• It is a good idea to get a second person to help with the installation.
• Apply your full concentration when carrying out the installation, because if the projector and/
or projector holder were to fall, this could cause expensive damage to the equipment and
there is the risk of personal injury!
• Lay all the projector’s cables in such a way that they do not get jammed or kinked in the
projector holder.
• Check all the screw ttings from time to time (approximately every 3 months). Adjusting the
position of the projector and/or the projector holder and moving them can sometimes cause
the screws to become loose over time.
• Do not exert any force when moving/adjusting the projector and/or projector holder, as this
could damage the projector.
• Do not overload the projector holder. Pay attention to the details provided by the
manufacturer for the maximum projector weight and/or its size.
• Do not use the projector holder to support yourself or to hold onto.
• Do not x any objects to the projector holder other than the projector for which it was intended.
• If you are in any doubt, do not carry out the installation yourself; ask a qualied person to
do it for you.
• Projectors generate heat. This is a re hazard! Take the necessary precautions for heat
dissipation and re prevention. Certain surfaces can be damaged or become discoloured
due to heat dissipation. Take the necessary protective measures.

Les informations suivantes s'appliquent aux supports de vidéoprojecteurs
devant être montés sur un mur vertical ou un plafond horizontal.
• Le montage n’est autorisé que si le matériau du mur ou du plafond est adapté. En général,
les cloisons légères et le placoplâtre ne conviennent pas. Cependant, il existe dans le
commerce des chevilles spéciales pour de tels emplacements de montage. En cas de doute,
adressez-vous à un spécialiste avant de procéder au montage.
• Utilisez le matériel de montage adéquat (vis, chevilles, etc.) pour la surface utilisée (ex:
béton). En général, ce matériel n'est pas fourni avec le support !
• En raison du poids du vidéoprojecteur et du support et de l'effet de levier, veillez à assurer
un montage très solide.
• Préparez soigneusement l'emplacement du montage, an que le support et le vidéoprojecteur
se trouvent exactement à la hauteur souhaitée.
• Utilisez un niveau à bulle pour le montage.
• Lors du perçage et du vissage, faites attention à ne pas abîmer des câbles ou des conduites.
Si vous transpercez un câble électrique accidentellement, vous courez un risque mortel
d'électrocution !
• Les outils électriques (ex: perceuse) doivent toujours être manipulés avec précaution. Portez
des lunettes de protection.
• En cas de montage mural, assurez-vous que personne ne passe sous le vidéoprojecteur
monté.
INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES
Consignes de sécurité générales pour les supports de vidéoprojecteurs
Cher client !
Les supports de vidéoprojecteurs permettent de xer les vidéoprojecteurs dans des
emplacements et sur des surfaces variés (ex: sur un mur ou un plafond).
Avant de procéder au montage, il est important que vous preniez connaissance du mode de
fonctionnement du support et de votre vidéoprojecteur. Les différentes fonctions peuvent avoir
une inuence sur le montage.
Lors du montage, certaines précautions de sécurité importantes sont à observer. Veuillez lire
attentivement les sections suivantes:
Généralités
• Un support de vidéoprojecteur n'est pas un jouet. Il doit donc rester hors de portée des
enfants.
• Ne laissez pas traîner le matériel d'emballage. Les enfants risqueraient de jouer avec et de
se mettre en danger.
• Choisissez un emplacement de montage qui ne risque pas d'occasionner de dommages
corporels ou matériels !
• Sauf mention contraire, ce support de vidéoprojecteur est destiné à être utilisé en intérieur.
• Faites attention lors de l'assemblage ou du montage ! Le produit possède des bords
coupants; risque de blessures !
• Effectuez seulement les manipulations nécessaires pour le montage (ou les réglages) du
support. Ne démontez en aucun cas le support et n'essayez pas de le modier ou de le
réparer vous-même. Certains supports de vidéoprojecteurs contiennent des ressorts en
métal sous haute tension. En cas de démontage incorrect d'un tel type de support, vous
courez un risque de graves blessures !
• Avant de procéder au montage, vériez que le vidéoprojecteur offre des possibilités de
xation appropriées pour le support. Si ce n'est pas le cas, il peut être utile de demander
l'avis d'un spécialiste.
• Avant de procéder au montage, posez le vidéoprojecteur sur une surface propre et molle an
qu'il ne risque pas d'être abîmé.
• Il est essentiel de veiller à utiliser les vis appropriées pour le montage. Les vis ne doivent pas
être trop longues et doivent avoir le letage qui convient.
• Les vis ne doivent pas non plus être trop courtes, sinon la xation risque de ne pas être
assez solide. Les vis doivent être vissées avec au moins 5 tours complets de 360° dans le
trou leté correspondant.
• En général, le support ou le vidéoprojecteur sont déjà fournis avec les vis appropriées. Dans
certains cas particuliers (selon le modèle de vidéoprojecteur), d'autres vis peuvent être
nécessaires; elles sont disponibles dans les magasins spécialisés.
• Ne forcez surtout pas lorsque vous serrez les vis : vous risqueriez d'endommager le
vidéoprojecteur voire même de le détruire, et ainsi de perdre votre garantie !
• S'il vous reste le moindre doute concernant la longueur des vis, nous vous conseillons de
faire appel à un spécialiste qualié.
• Il peut être utile de recourir à une deuxième personne pour le montage.
• Effectuez le montage très consciencieusement car une éventuelle chute du support et
du vidéoprojecteur entraînerait non seulement des dommages matériels coûteux mais
également des risques de blessures !
• Disposez les câbles du vidéoprojecteur de sorte qu'ils ne risquent pas d'être pliés ou écrasés
dans le support.
• Vériez régulièrement toutes les xations à vis (env. tous les 3 mois). Avec le temps, le fait
d'ajuster et de bouger le vidéoprojecteur ou le support peut desserrer progressivement les
xations à vis.
• Ne forcez pas en bougeant ou en ajustant le vidéoprojecteur ou le support. Le vidéoprojecteur
pourrait en être endommagé.
• Ne surchargez pas le support. Tenez compte des instructions du fabricant concernant
la taille ou le poids max. du vidéoprojecteur.
• N'utilisez pas le support de vidéoprojecteur pour vous soutenir ou vous tenir.
• Ne xez pas d'autres objets sur le support que le vidéoprojecteur prévu à cet effet.
• En cas de doute, n'effectuez pas le montage par vous-même: faites plutôt appel à un
professionnel.
• Les vidéoprojecteurs produisent de la chaleur. Risque d'incendie ! Prenez les mesures
nécessaires pour assurer une bonne aération et prévenir le risque d'incendie. Certaines
surfaces peuvent s'abîmer ou se décolorer sous l'effet de la chaleur. Prenez les mesures de
sécurité qui s'imposent.
