STEAMCARE

The Professional Steam Ionic Technology of your new

SteamCare straightener will give you faster and smoother

results while reducing colour fade. The clever “Lock In

moisture” system comes with 3 seings – no steam/ low

steam/ high steam for versatility in styling whatever your hair

type or length.

The advanced intelligent heat control - ranging from 150ºC to

230ºC - that continuously regulates the temperature of the

ceramic plates will leave your hair with minimum damage and give you maximum control

while styling.

PROGLOSS™ SUPER SMOOTH OILS

Every product in the Revamp haircare range is infused with PROGLOSS™ SUPER SMOOTH

OILS - enriched with Argan, Keratin and Coconut for ultimate smoothness and shine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Before use, ensure the hair is clean, dry and tangle-free.

• For extra protection, apply a heat protection spray.

• Section the hair prior to styling. Style the lower layers first.

• Plug the product into a 220-240V mains power supply.

• Fill the water tank of your straightener. Unlock the water

tank using the lock/unlock mechanism on the top of the

straightener (A). Aer removing the tank (B), li the black

silicon tab and fill the tank with water. Replace the tab aer

filling the tank and re-aach the tank onto the unit.

• IMPORTANT: Filtered water should be used to fill the water

tank within your SteamCare straightener.

• Select your chosen seings by turning the dial (C) on the

boom of the straightener: no steam/ low steam/ high

steam according to your hair type or length.

- For thinner, shoer hair we recommend the “low steam”

seing

- For thicker, longer hair we recommend the “high steam”

seing

• Press the on/oﬀ buon to switch on . The default

temperature when the product switches on is 210°C.

FEATURES

• IMPORTANT: A small amount of water may spray through the five small apeures on the

top ceramic plate when the straightener has just been turned on, if the steam seings

have been selected

• On average, for a typical user, styling their hair for 30 minutes, the WATER TANK needs

to be refilled:

- On a High steam seing: every 6 uses

- On a Low steam seing: every 12 uses

• Use the touch temperature control + and - buons to select your desired temperature

manually. We recommend using a lower temperature to sta.

• The temperature lights flash until the select temperature LED light become static on

the temperature seing selected.

• Working on one section at a time run the straightener through the entire length of

the hair from roots to ends, without stopping. Use a comb while straightening for even

straighter results.

• Repeat this process all over the head, allowing hair to cool before combing through.

• This is a very eﬀicient product that doesn’t require a lot of steam to be eﬀective.

Please do not expect steam to be visible at all time.

• Aer using the straighteners, switch oﬀ, unplug, place on your REVAMP heat resistant

mat and allow to cool before storing away.

• For ease of storing, the straightener plates can be shut down together by using the

lock/unlock lever as show in the Features section.

Please note:

• This is a very eﬀicient product that doesn’t require a lot of steam to be eﬀective.

Please do not expect steam to be visible at all time.

• This is a high-peormance product, avoid frequent use to prevent hair damage.

• Regular use of styling products may deteriorate the suace coating over time.

• Do not scratch the suace of the product as this will deteriorate the eﬀectiveness of

the coating.

• While heating, during use and cooling, place on the REVAMP heat resistant mat. Only

hold unit at the end of the handle.

• The product reaches a very high temperature during operation, please style with

caution when using. Make sure to keep away from the scalp and skin to avoid burns.

AUTO SHUT-OFF

This appliance has an automatic shut oﬀ feature for added safety. If the appliance is

switched on for more than 60 minutes continuously, then it will automatically switch oﬀ. If

you wish to continue using the appliance aer this time, press the power buon to switch

on. Use the temperature control to select your desired temperature.

This feature should not be considered as a substitute for ‘OFF’. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO

SWITCH THE APPLIANCE OFF AND UNPLUG FROM THE MAINS WHEN NOT IN USE.

PLUG (ST-1600-GB ONLY)

This unit comes with a removable UK 3-pin

plug. The 3-pin plug can be removed to

reveal a European 2-pin plug by unscrewing

the centre screw, liing the rear cover and

unclipping the European 2-pin plug. It can

be replaced if necessary, by reversing this

procedure. If required replace plug fuse

with one the same value

If the plug on this appliance is damaged, it can be replaced with a BS 1363 plug, fied

with a BS 1362 fuse. Please use the same value of fuse supplied. Care must be taken when

changing the plug. If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
