Utilisation des entonnoirs à saucisse

Use of the stung funnels - Verwendung der Fülltrichter

Gli imbuti insaccatori si utilizzano per la preparazione di salsicce ed insaccati in genere.

Vengono utilizzati una volta che la carne è stata macinata e condita.

Per il loro utilizzo è necessario svitare la ghiera e smontare piastra e coltello, inserire al

posto della piastra utilizzata per macinare la corona insaccatrice o una piastra con fori di

grandi dimensioni e posizionare l’imbuto insaccatore della dimensione desiderata.

Chiudere il sistema riavvitando la ghiera del tritacarne.

Prestare attenzione alle dimensioni e alla temperatura del macinato da insaccare: un

macinato di grandi dimensioni non potrà essere insaccato con un imbuto insaccatore di

piccolo diametro; un macinato troppo freddo risulterà colloso e di dicile insaccatura.

Prima e dopo l’utilizzo lavare con detergenti non aggressivi ed asciugare accuratamente

tutte le parti in contatto con gli alimenti.

trop froid sera collant et dicile à ensacher. Avant et après utilisation, laver avec des

détergents non agressifs et sécher soigneusement toutes les pièces en contact avec les

aliments.

The stung funnels are used for the preparation of sausages. They are used once the meat

has been minced and seasoned. For their use it is necessary to unscrew the ring nut and

remove the plate and knife, insert instead of the plate used to grind the bagging crown or a

plate with large holes and place the bagging funnel of the desired size. Close the system by

screwing on the ring of the mincer. Pay attention to the size and temperature of the mince to

be stued: a large mince cannot be stued with a small diameter stung funnel; too cold

ground will be sticky and dicult to stu.

Before and after use, wash with non-aggressive detergents and carefully dry all parts in

contact with food.
