Achtung!
Das Gerät darf nur durch einen Elektrofachmann geöffnet und gemäß dem
Schaltbild im Gerät bzw. dieser Anleitung installiert werden. Dabei sind die
bestehenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Dieses unabhängig montierbare
elektromechnische Gerät dient der Regelung der Temperatur. Das Gerät ist gemäß
VDE 0875 bzw. EN 55014 funkentstört und arbeitet nach der Wirkungsweise 1B
(EN 60730)
Eigenschaften
• Rastfunktion gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verstellen der Temperatur
• Arretierscheibe zum Feststellen der Temperatur.
• Schnelle Erfassung der Temperatur (niedrige Zeitkonstante)

Tauchthermostat TT: Tauchhülse kann direkt von der Flüssigkeit umspült werden
Verwendung
Der Tauchthermostat TT90E wird eingesetzt:
• zur Temperaturregelung von Festwertregelstrecken z. B. Regelung von Warmwasser-
bereitern, Pufferspeichern usw.
• zur Umschaltung zwischen Wärmeerzeugern in bivalenten Anlagen.
• zur Temperaturüberwachung z. B. bei Schwimmbeckenheizungen, Fußboden heizun-
gen.
Der Anlegethermostat AT60E/AT90E wird eingesetzt :
• zur Temperaturüberwachung bei Warmwasserfußbodenheizungen (z. B. bei 50 °C),
Schwimmbeckenheizungen usw.
• zur Begrenzung von Festwertregelstrecken.
• zum Schalten von Brauchwasserzirkulationspumpen.
• zur Temperaturregelung und Begrenzung von Regelkreisen im unteren Temperaturbereich,
z. B. Abschalten der Umwälzpumpe bei Vorlauftemperaturen < 30 ° C.
Bedienung
Zur Arretierung des Thermostaten wird zuerst am Sollwerteinsteller (Drehknopf) die
gewünschte Temperatur eingestellt . Anschließend den Sollwerteinsteller abziehen. Die
Arretierscheibe entsprechend ihrer Aussparungen auf den Thermostaten auflegen. Die
Arretierungsmarkierung (FIX) liegt dann in der oberen rechten Ecke des Thermostaten
(s. Bild AT 90E). Sollwerteinsteller über die Arretierscheibe wieder aufsetzen und
andrücken. Wird eine Änderung der Temperatureinstellung notwendig, erst den
Sollwerteinsteller samt Arretierscheibe abziehen und die Arretierscheibe aus dem
Drehknopf entnehmen. Danach erfolgt die Einstellung wie beschrieben.

Montage
AT60E / AT90E Anlegethermostate
1. Ca. 2 bis 3 mm Wärmeleitpaste auf die Grundplatte des 60E/ 90EAT AT
ganzflächig auftragen und andrücken.
2. Befestigung mit Federband am blanken hr.Ro
TT90E Tauchthermostat
Tauchfühler in Tauchhülse stecken und
TT90E mit Befestigungsschraube fixieren.
Kapillarrohr nicht knicken oder verdrehen.
Durchmesser der Tauchhülse 8 mm.
Elektrischer Anschluss AT60E, AT90E und TT90E
Achtung! Stromkreis spannungsfrei schalten!
Klemmen 1 und 2 = Öffnet bei steigender mperatur.Te

L’appareil ne doit être ouvert que par un électricien compétent et être installé selon
le schéma de branchement situé sur le couvercle du boîtier ou dans cette notice
d’utilisation, tout en respectant les directives de sécurité en vigueur.
Cet appareil électromécanique peut être installé séparément et sert à la régulation
de la température.
L'appareil est antiparasité selon la norme VDE 0875 ou EN 55014 et fonctionne selon
le mode 1B (EN 60730).

Application
Le thermostat à immersion TT90E s’utilise
•
pour réguler la température des circuits à consigne fixe de chauffe-eau, d’accumulateurs
par exemple, etc.
• pour commuter entre générateurs de chaleur dans des installations bivalentes.
• pour surveiller la température du chauffage d’eau de piscine, des chauffages par le sol
par exemple.
Le thermostat d’applique AT60E / AT90E s’utilise
• pour surveiller la température des chauffages par le sol (à 50 ° C par exemple), des
chauffages d’eau de piscine, etc.
• pour limiter les circuits à consigne fixe.
• pour commuter les circulateurs à eau non potable.
• pour réguler la température des circuits de régulation et pour les limiter dans la plage
inférieure de température, coupure du circulateur par exemple à une température de
départ de < 30 °C.
Utilisation
Régler tout d’abord la température souhaitée au régulateur à valeur de consigne
(bouton rotatif) pour bloquer le thermostat. Retirer ensuite le régulateur à valeur de
consigne. Poser le disque de blocage selon ses fentes sur le thermostat. Le marquage de
blocage (FIX) se trouve ainsi dans le coin droit en haut du thermostat. Poser le régulateur
à valeur de consigne au-dessus du disque de blocage puis l’enfoncer.
Retirer d’abord le régulateur à valeur de consigne et le disque de blocage avant de retirer
le disque du bouton rotatif si le réglage de la température doit être modifié. Le réglage
s’effectue ensuite comme décrit.

1. Etaler une couche de pâte thermique d’env. 2 à 3 mm sur toute la plaque
de base du AT60E/AT90E puis l’enfoncer.
2. Fixation à l’aide d’un ressort à la conduite à nu.
TT90E Thermostat plongeur
Placer la sonde plongeur dans le doigt de gant
TT90E et fixer l’ensemble à l’aide de la vis de fixation.
Ne pas plier ni tordre le capillaire.
Diamètre du doigt de gant 8 mm.

Attention! Mettre le circuit hors tension.
Bornes 1 et 2 = contact NF si la température s’élève.

Application
The TT90E immersion thermostat is used:
• For feedback control of temperature in fixed value devices, e.g. control of hot water
systems, buffer storage units etc.
• To switch between heat generators in dual-fuel systems.
• For temperature monitoring e.g. in heated swimming pools, underfloor heating
systems.
The AT60E/AT90E clip-on thermostat is used:
• for temperature monitoring in underfloor heating systems using hot water (e.g. at
50 °C), heated swimming pools etc.
• to limit fixed value control lines.
• to operate circulation pumps in domestic water supplies.
• to control temperature and to limit feedback control circuits at low temperatures, e.g.
to switch off a circulating pump at inlet temperatures of < 30 °C.
Operation
To lock in the thermostat setting, first set the desired temperature on the nominal value
adjuster (rotary knob). Then remove the nominal value adjuster. Line up the recesses in
the locking disc and place it on the thermostat. The locking mark (FIX) is then located in
the top right-hand corner of the thermostat (see Fig. AT 90E). Reinstall setpoint adjustor
over the locking disc and press down. If a change to temperature setting is required, first
remove the setpoint adjustor with locking disc then remove locking disc from rotary
knob. Then perform the setting operation as described.

1. Spread about 2 – 3 mm thermal paste onto the base plate of the
AT60E/ 90E and press onAT
2. Fix directly to the pipe with the spring clip
TT90E Immersion thermostats
Place the immersion sensor in the pocket and secure the TT90E
with the fixing screw.
