To install the device on a desktop, follow these steps:
a. Place the device on a stable, îž°at surface that can support its full
weight, including all ttings.
b. Remove the adhesive backing papers from the rubber feet.
1. Install the Switch
a. Check the eîž±ciency of the grounding system and the stability of the rack.
b. Secure the supplied rackmount brackets to each side of the device
with the supplied screws, as illustrated in the following gure.
Option 2. Rack Installation
To install the device in an EIA standard-sized, 19-inch rack, follow the instructions described below:

2. Connect the Switch
b. Plug the negative connector of the provided power cord into the
power socket of the device and plug the positive connector into a
power outlet, as shown in the gure below.
a. Connect an Ethernet port of the switch to the computer using an
RJ45 Ethernet cable, as shown in the gure below.
c. After the brackets are attached to the device, use suitable screws (not
provided) to secure the brackets to the rack, as illustrated in the
following gure.
c. Turn over the device and attach the supplied rubber feet to the
recessed areas at each corner on the bottom of the device.
Caution:
• Maintain a 5 to 10cm gap around the devices for proper air circulation.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the device.
• Mount devices in sequence from the bottom to top of the rack and ensure a certain clearance between devices for the purpose of heat dissipation.

The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
The plug on the power supply cord is used as the disconnect device, the
socket-outlet shall be easily accessible.
Plug the product into the wall outlets with earthing connection through the power
supply cord.

The Power LED should be lit when the power system is working normally. If the Power
LED is not lit, please check the following:

Ensure the AC power cord/power adapter is securely connected to both the switch
and the power source.

Verify that the power supply's voltage meets the requirements of the switch's input
voltage.

Conrm that the power source is on.
Q1. Why is the Power LED not lit?
It is recommended that you check the following:
A1:
Ensure the cable connectors are securely plugged into both the switch and the
connected device.
A2:
Verify that the connected device is powered on and functioning properly.
A3:
Conrm that the cable length does not exceed 100 meters (328 feet).
Q2. Why is the Link/Act LED not lit when a device is
connected to the corresponding port?

O (Default) The switch will not try to monitor or address loop-related issues.:
On: The switch will monitor and address loop-related issues within the network
structure to prevent disruptions caused by redundant pathing.
Loop Prevention
Isolation
O (Default) Ports can transmit data with each other.:
On: Specic ports cannot transmit data with other downlink ports. They can transmit
data only with the uplink ports.
Note: When the isolation button is on, the isolated ports act as downlink ports with the rest as uplink ports.
LED Explanation
Power
On: The switch is powered on.
O: The switch is powered o or power supply is abnormal.
Flashing: Power supply is abnormal or Loop Prevention function is enabled.
1000Mbps
On: Running at 1000 Mbps.
O: Running at 10/100 Mbps or no device is linked to the corresponding port.
Link/Act Status
On: A device is linked to the corresponding port and running properly.
O: No device is linked to the corresponding port.
Flashing: Transmitting or receiving data.
