1 Unpacking the Product
⢠Remove everything from the box and identify the parts using Figure 1.1. (not to scale)

J: shoulder harness cover pads, K: baby surround system, L: parent push handle, M: basket, N: cup holder, O: box wrench,
P: allen wrench, and documents (not shown)
NOTE: All hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) will come pre-attached to various parts of the tricycle.
⢠Discard all packaging materials properly including plastic coverings.
⢠DO NOT allow children to play with any packaging materials.
!WARNING
Adult assembly required. Tools required (not included): Phillips Screwdriver.
Choking Hazard to children under the age of 3 years â contains small parts prior to assembly. Some screws may
have sharp edges and sharp points.
Keep all small parts out of reach of children at all times.
2 Installing the Rear Wheels
⢠Keep children away while assembling.
⢠Insert one rear wheel to the rear axle of the tricycle frame until there is an audible click. See Figure 2.1.
⢠Repeat on the other side.
⢠To remove the rear wheels, push the tab on the rear axle and pull the rear wheel away from the tricycle. See Figure 2.2.
3 Front Wheel Assembly
⢠Using a screwdriver (not included), unfasten the screws and the top part of the cap on the tricycle frame. See Figure 3.1. Set parts aside.
⢠Note where there is a circular hole and a square hole on the front wheel tube.
⢠Place the fender onto the front wheel tube, making sure to place the fender all the way down. The square hole on the front wheel tube
should be facing the short side of the fender. See Figure 3.2. This is the front of the tricycle.
⢠Insert the front wheel tube into the tricycle frame. The square hole/short side of the fender should be facing the front of the tricycle. See
Figure 3.3.
4 Handlebar Assembly
⢠Unfasten the nut and bolt on the handlebar using the larger end of the box wrench. See Figure 4.1. Set the nut and bolt aside.
⢠Insert the handlebar through the top part of the cap previously removed from the tricycle frame in Section 3.
⢠Attach the handlebar to the top of the front wheel tube. The handlebar should be leaning forward, with the square and circular holes
matching the front wheel tube. See Figure 4.2.

⢠Using the box wrench, attach the nut and bolt through the handlebar to secure it into place. See Figure 4.3. Ensure the handlebar is
secure and not wobbly.
⢠Screw the top part of the cap back onto the tricycle frame. See Figure 4.4.
5 Seat Assembly
The tricycle has three different seat positions.
⢠Using the allen wrench, unfasten the seat screw. See Figure 5.1.
⢠Detach the crotch strap that is connected to the headrest/harness set.
⢠Insert the seat screw through the hole in the seat and crotch harness. See Figure 5.2. Next, align the seat assembly with the seat screw
into one of the 3 holes on the tricycle frame to the desired seat position. See Figure 5.3.
⢠Secure the seat screw to the tricycle frame with the allen wrench. See Figure 5.4.
⢠Pull on the seat to ensure it is secure and not wobbly.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Baby surround system can ONLY be used in the middle seat position. The baby surround system will not ît properly
with any other seat position. If not using the baby surround system, then disregard this NOTE.
6 Attaching the Baby Surround System (OPTIONAL)
Baby surround system can ONLY be used in the middle seat position.
⢠Attach the baby surround system to the top of the seat until it snaps over both buttons on the back of the seat. See Figure 6.1.
⢠Push the front of the system into the tricycle frame until it clicks into place. See Figure 6.2.
⢠Ensure the baby surround system is secure.
⢠To remove the baby surround system, press the two buttons on the back of the seat and lift the baby surround system up. See Figure 6.3.
!WARNING
The baby surround system should be used for children who are not yet capable of sitting in the seat
without support or who are not capable of pedaling the product by themselves.
7 Attaching the Headrest/Harness and Canopy (OPTIONAL)
The headrest/harness and canopy can only be attached if using the baby surround system.
⢠Attach the headrest to the top of the seat with the harness facing forward until it snaps over the button on the back of the baby surround
system. See Figure 7.1.
⢠If using the seat pad, thread the shoulder and crotch harness straps through the slots in the seat pad. See Figure 7.2.
⢠Attach the VelcroŽ of the seat pad around the baby surround system. See Figure 7.3.
⢠Stretch the cord over the two pegs on the back of the headrest. See Figure 7.4.
⢠Place the shoulder harness cover pads onto each shoulder harness strap. See Figure 7.5.
⢠To remove the headrest, press the button on the back of the baby surround system and lift the headrest up. See Figure 7.6.
⢠Snap the canopy onto the headrest by lining up the tabs on the canopy with the slots in the headrest. See Figure 7.7.
⢠The canopy can be adjusted forward and back. See Figure 7.8.
⢠The canopy can be held in a shorter position. To do so, pull the canopy back and secure the elastic loops together. See Figure 7.9.
⢠To remove the canopy, press in the tab and pull the canopy away from the tricycle. See Figure 7.10. Repeat on the other side.
8 Parent Push Handle Assembly (OPTIONAL)
⢠Attach the basket onto the back of the rear axle on the tricycle frame. See Figure 8.1.
⢠Insert the parent push handle into the slot on the rear of the tricycle frame. See Figure 8.2.
⢠To remove the parent push handle, squeeze the two buttons on either side of the handle and pull the parent push handle away from the
tricycle. See Figure 8.3.
⢠Close the lid on the cover cap when not using parent push handle assembly. See Figure 8.4.
9 Using the Push Handle
The push handle allows adults to steer the tricycle while pushing. This push handle is height adjustable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
When the child is able to ride and pedal the tricycle unassisted, the parent push handle should be removed and the
footrests should be folded up and out of the way. Refer to Section 8 and Section 12.
