Please read and keep all safety and use instructions. For more information,

Important Safety Instructions
1. Read, keep, and follow these instructions.
2. Heed all warnings.
3. Only use attachments/accessories speciīed by the manufacturer.
4. Use a Hose Vacuum Breaker where required to prevent backīow to the
water supply.
Bluetooth Information
1. Frequency band of operation: 2400MHz to 2480MHz.
2. Bluetooth: Maximum transit power less than 20 dBm EIRP
3. Bluetooth Low Energy: Maximum power spectral density less than
10 dBm/MHz EIRP
Warnings and Cautions
ā¢ Do NOT make unauthorized alterations to this product.
ā¢ Keep the product away from īre and heat sources.
ā¢ Do not expose products containing batteries to excessive heat (e.g.,
from storage in direct sunlight, īre, or the like).
ā¢ The product label is located on the back of the product.
ā¢ Replace only with same or equivalent battery type. Dispose of used
batteries according to instructions.
ā¢ Do NOT mix old and new batteries, or mix diīerent types or makes
of batteries.
ā¢ Store batteries in a cool, dry place at normal
room temperature.
Connecting the Batteries
1. Squeeze the battery compartment tabs
with two īngers to withdraw the battery
compartment.
2. Insert the included 2x AA standard
alkaline batteries into the terminals.
Observe + position.
3. Replace the battery compartment.
4. Test power to the device by pressing the
5. manual button on the front of the device and
6. listen for a click sound. Press again to turn oī.
7. NOTE: Manual button mode runs for a
maximum 60 minutes and then shuts oī
watering.
Connecting to Water Supply BTT-100/200
Instructions:
1. Connect the device only to a standard
Ā¾" (19 mm) threaded water supply/hose
faucet outlet.
2. Hand-tighten until secure.
3. Connect a Ā¾" (19 mm) inlet hose or drip
adapter (Model No. BTT-LOC) to the BTT
outlet.
4. Hand-tighten until secure.

Connecting to Water Supply
BTT-101/201 Instructions:
1. Connect the device only to a standard Ā¾" (19 mm) BSP-threaded water
supply/hose faucet outlet. Unscrew the grey adapter to use the 1"
(25 mm) NPT inlet option.
2. Hand-tighten until secure.
3. Connect a Ā¾" (19 mm) inlet hose, drip adapter (Model No. BTT-LOC) or
quick connect adapter (included) to the BTT outlet.
4. Hand-tighten until secure.
App Programming
1. Download the free Hunter BTT app to a
smartphone device from the App Store for
iOSī devices, or Google Playā¢ store for
Androidā¢ devices.
ā¢ iOS Compatibility: Requires iOS
9.0 or later. Compatible with
iPhoneī.
ā¢ Android Compatibility: Requires
Android 4.4 or above.
2. Be within 32' (10 m) of the timer.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on the
smartphone device.
4. Press the SCAN button and select
the BTT device.
Timer Mode Programming
Timer mode allows for watering at two
diīerent start times from 1 minute to 6 hours,
per watering day.
1. the Schedule Icon and select the Preīī
Timer tab.
2. Water Days: Select the desired water
days. Save and Conīrm.
3. Start Times: Set START TIME 1 and
optional START TIME 2-4. Save and
Conīrm.
4. Run Time: Set the desired RUN TIME from
1 second to 6 hours. Save and Conīrm.
Cycling Mode Programming
Cycling mode allows the Run Time to repeat
continually aīer the scheduled interval (Soak
Time) from a Start Time
to an End Time.
1. Press the Schedule Icon and select
the Cycling tab
2. Water Days: Select the desired
water days. Save and Conīrm.
3. Start Times: Set START TIME 1
and optional START TIME 2.
Save and Conīrm.
4. End Times: Set END TIME 1 and optional
END TIME 2. Save and Conīrm.
5. Run Time: Set the desired RUN TIME from
1 second to 24 hours. Save and Conīrm.
6. Soak Time: Set optional SOAK TIME, the
time between each Run Time, from 1
second to 24 hours. Save and Conīrm.
Additional Settings
1. Press the Settings Icon
2. Renaming your BTT: Select Settings tab and
enter a name in Nickname section. Save and Conīrm.
3. Creating a Passcode: In BTT Settings, enter a 4-digit code in the Create
a Passcode section. To disable, press Disable Passcode and Conīrm.
4. Changing the Language: Select Settings
tab and press App Settings then
Language. Select the desired language.
Save and Conīrm.
5. Suspend: Set optional RAIN DELAY from
0-99 days. Save and Conīrm.
6. Oī Mode: To shut down Cycling Mode,
select the Oī tab and Conīrm.
7. Zone Oī Mode: For Manual Irrigation,
select the Dashboard and press the play
button, set a value of 1-360 minutes.
Press Start and OK.
Troubleshooting

responding

Correct the Soak Time in Cycling mode.
Incorrect Passcode Remove and replace batteries.
Go back to the app and connect.

is 7ī116 PSI (0.5ā8 Bar)
ā¢ Make sure water is clean and particle-free.
ā¢ Maximum inlet water temperature: 100Ā°F (38Ā°C)
ā¢ Operating temperature: 41Ā°F to 140Ā°F (5Ā°C to 60Ā°C)
ā¢ Protect against freezing: Do not allow water to freeze in the
Tap Timer or in any connected hose.
ā¢ Chemicals: Do not use the Tap Timer with or to dispense
any chemicals of any kind.
ā¢ Do not open: The Tap Timer requires no maintenance and contains no
user-serviceable parts.
ā¢ Periodic inspection of connections is recommended to
prevent water leaks.
