APPLICAZIONE ED IMPIEGO
Il CH173D è un ricevitore (attuatore) radio che, accoppiato ad un tra-
smettitore della linea Fantini Cosmi permette di pilotare a distanza una
determinata utenza (tipicamente una caldaia).
Il segnale radio emesso è esente da interferenza con altri apparecchi anche se
si utilizzasse la stessa frequenza.
FISSAGGIO E COLLEGAMENTO
L’installazione deve essere effettuata secondo le norme CEI vigenti.
La distanza tra l’attuatore ed il trasmettitore non deve essere supe-
riore ai 30 mt in ambienti chiusi e 70 mt in spazi aperti (N.B. I dati inerenti alla
portata possono variare in funzione delle condizioni ambientali). Evitare di
schermare il dispositivo con parti metalliche.
Collegare i fi li alla morsettiera dello zoccolo secondo gli schemi riportati; l’ali-
mentazione del ricevitore (230 V c.a.) va collegata ai morsetti N e L mentre
l’utilizzatore (pompa, bruciatore, valvola zonale, umidostato ecc) va collegato
ai morsetti 1 e 2.
N.B. Ad un trasmettitore possono essere associati più ricevitori.
FUNZIONAMENTO
L’apparato ricevente è composto da tre LED le cui indicazioni sono le seguenti:
POWER ON: indica, se illuminato, che il ricevitore è alimentato corret-
tamente. Il colore assunto dal LED verrà specifi cato nel seguito.
AUTO: indica, se illuminato, che il ricevitore è confi gurato nella MODA-
LITA’ AUTOMATICA. Nel caso contrario (LED spento) sarà attiva la MODALITA’
MANUALE.
STATO CONTATTO: indica, se acceso, che il contatto relé è chiuso, in
caso contrario sarà aperto.

Ad ogni pressione del pulsante si attivano ciclicamente le tre modalità:
AUTOMATICA
(LED “AUTO”: acceso)
In questa modalità il ricevitore riceve un segnale radio codifi cato dal cronoter-
mostato attraverso l’interfaccia trasmettitore e fa scattare il relé integrato. Il
LED “POWER ON” assume un colore differente a secondo della qualità
del segnale ricevuto:
• ROSSO: segnale assente o molto disturbato
• ARANCIONE: ricezione suffi ciente
• VERDE: ricezione buona
Un lampeggio veloce e momentaneo indica la ricezione di dati radio inviati
dal trasmettitore.
MANUALE ON

In questa modalità il ricevitore ha sempre il contatto relé chiuso e la
trasmissione radio effettuata dal modulo trasmettitore viene ignorata (di
230V50Hz

conseguenza non vengono recepiti i comandi del cronotermostato /
termostato).
MANUALE OFF
(LED “AUTO” spento e LED “STATO CONTATTO” spento)
In questa modalità il ricevitore ha sempre il contatto relé aperto e la
trasmissione radio effettuata dal modulo trasmettitore viene ignorata (di
conseguenza non vengono recepiti i comandi del cronotermostato /
termostato).
AUTOAPPRENDIMENTO DEL CODICE DI SISTEMA
Prima di poter utilizzare l’attuatore CH173D in modalità AUTOMATICA è ne-
cessario registrarlo al trasmettitore della linea Fantini Cosmi acquistato.
Per evitare la memorizzazione di un codice diverso, la sensibilità di
ricezione durante la procedura di confi gurazione è ridotta, è quindi ne-
cessario che il trasmettitore e il ricevitore siano posizionati ad una distanza
inferiore ai 2m; seguire quindi i seguenti passi.
1.Alimentare il ricevitore e agire sul pulsante fi no a selezionare la moda-
lità AUTOMATICA (vedi paragrafo FUNZIONAMENTO).
2.Premere il pulsante per più di 10 secondi. Viene così attivata la modalità
“AUTO APPRENDIMENTO” e il LED “AUTO” inizia a lampeggiare.
3 . Forzare una trasmissione del termostato / cronotermostato radio (fare rife-
rimento al relativo manuale utente).
4.Effettuare la procedura di VERIFICA DEL FUNZIONAMENTO per controllare
la corretta confi gurazione del ricevitore programmato.
N.B.: E’ necessario che tra l’esecuzione dei passi 2 e 3 della procedura non
intercorra un tempo superiore a 45 secondi.
Se il ricevitore non riceve nessun dato per più di 2 minuti il LED “POWER ON”
diventa di colore rosso.
VERIFICA DEL FUNZIONAMENTO
Per l’utilizzo del cronotermostato/termostato riferirsi agli specifi ci manuali
di istruzione.
- Accertarsi che il ricevitore sia nella modalità AUTOMATICA (vedi
paragrafo FUNZIONAMENTO).
- Attendere la trasmissione dei dati da parte del cronotermostato/
termostato e verifi care che lo stato del relay del CH173D sia concorde con
quanto riportato sul cronotermostato/termostato.
- Effettuare una commutazione sul cronotermostato/termostato e verifi care
che il relé sul CH173D cambi il suo stato.
Se il LED “POWER ON” è di colore rosso allora la distanza tra trasmet-
titore e ricevitore è eccessiva: la comunicazione tra i due apparecchi
è assente o inaffi dabile.
