In addition to the Bell bo the following accessories are also included in the package:x itself,
a. 4 x large wall plugs.
b. 4 x 4mm x 30mm cross head fixing screws.
c. 4 x 1.5V D alkaline cells.
Dip Switch Table
Remove the cover by unscrewing the single screw located at the
bottom. In -the middle of the βL shapedβ PCB board, you can see
a dip switch dip switches set which consists of 7 . The function of
each dip switch is listed as table below.
The DIP Switch is either ON or OFF. Top position indicates ON
and bottom position indicates OFF.

Power Supply
Bell box is powered by 4 D- cell alkaline batteries with life expectancy of over 3 years.
T he Bell box can detect if the battery is low. Low battery detection operates at a threshold of 4V +/- 10% where the Bell box
has enough power to typically operate for 1 month before complete exhaustion. The siren low battery signal will be
enunciated by five beeps when arming / disarming.

Siren Memory Clear
The siren resets and clears all memory contents by a removal of the batteries. Wait for 1 minute and slide dip switch 6 to
ON position before re If dip switch 6 is turned OFF, - inserting the batteries. The siren will produce a short confirmation tone.

Siren Audible Performance
The siren produces a minimum of 104 dBA sound 3 and pressure at 1 meter on axis. It is programmable via two jumpers (SW
SW4) for four different siren durations:
1. 3 min.
2. 5 min.
3. 10 min.
4. 1 second
β’ The fourth position (1 second) is used for testing during installation.
β’ The siren is silenced when either the programmed siren duration expires or the Control panel turns off the siren.
β’ In case of low battery condition, gives an intermittent alarm sound instead of continuous alarm sound during Bell box
the programmed siren duration.
β’ For Burglar / Panic Alarm, Bell box gives a continuous alarm sound.
β’ For Fire alarm, Bell box gives an intermittent alarm sound of 3 short beeps followed by a stop for 1.5 sec cyclically
during the programmed alarm duration.
β’ For Water alarm, Bell box gives an intermittent alarm sound of a 50% duty cycle at 0.5 sec cyclically during the
programmed alarm duration.
Strobe Light
The strobe light will flash to indicate various system statuses and can be programmed by as shown in switch position SW2
table. It will be turned off either when the programmed siren duration has expired or the panel resets the system.
Tamper Alarm
If the siren detects a tamper condition it will activate the siren for the programmed alarm period. If the tamper condition
persists, the siren will sound a series of five pips either every time the system is armed or when the tamper is enabled, to
indicate a fault. Tamper feature can be enabled/disabled from the control unit by selecting β menu, then βDevice +/-
βProgram Sirenβ menu, and then, choose βSiren Tamp ON Siren Tamp OFFβ or β β and press OK.
Confirm Programming
The siren can be programmed to produce additional confirmation beeps to tell you when the systems is armed and
disarmed from outside the premises. One beep for armed or home armed, two beeps for disarmed.
The setting up procedure can be done from the control panel under βDevice +/-β menu then βProgram Sirenβ menu and
select βConfirm On Confirm Offβ or β β
β’ Disable the Siren Confirmation by selecting βConfirmation Offβ and press βOKβ.
β’ Enable the Siren Confirmation by selecting βConfirmation Onβ and press βOKβ.
Entry Sound On, Entry Sound Off
The Bell box can be enabled or disable from sounding the Entry Delay warning beeps. The setting up procedure can be done
from the control panel under βProgram Sirenβ menu.
β’ Disable the Siren Entry Sound by selecting βEntry Snd Offβ and press βOKβ.
β’ Enable the Siren Entry Sound by selecting βEntry Snd Onβ and press βOKβ.
Previous Alarm Warning
If there has been an alarm while you were away, the Bell box will sound and flash for 3 seconds when the system has been
disarmed.
WARNING: If the siren is activated for 3 seconds when you disarmed your system, this suggests that there could be an
intruder still in your premises.
Audio & Alarm Status Indication
β’ Panic/Burglar: Continuous siren
β’ Fire: Siren will be on (0.5s) & off (0.5s) for three times, then comes with a break of 1.5 sec.
β’ Water: Siren will be on for 0.5s & off 0.5s continuously.
Audio & Visual Status Indication
In order to easily recognize various statuses, the
Bell box uses the following methods while you are
in the Arm and Disarm of the system to indicate the
user:
