• WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Swallowing
can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and
death. Severe burns can occur within 2 h of ingestion.
Seek medical attention immediately.
• ALWAYS keep out of the reach of very young children
(during and after use).
• This appliance should not be used, cleaned or maintained
by children.
• Always take extra care if used on children or near children.
• Do not use on very young children.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• WARNING: Do not use this device in a bathtub,
shower, or water-lled reservoir.
• Keep the appliance dry. WARNING:
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable
signs of damage. Do not use if damaged or if the appliance
has been dropped. In the event of damage contact the
Customer Care Line. No repair must be attempted by the
consumer.
• Only use the accessories supplied with this appliance.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched
on.
• Do not expose the appliance or battery to excessive
temperatures.
• Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery-operated
appliance or battery being short circuited by metal
objects.
• Do not place the appliance on any surface whilst in
operation.
• Special care is required when using the appliance close
to the ears, eyes and face.
• This product uses 1x AA battery. (1.5V)
• Insert the battery as indicated on the inside of the battery
compartment respecting the polarity. Full details can be
found in the instruction booklet.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the device
before being re-charged.
• If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period,
the batteries should be removed.
• Do not use modied or damaged batteries.
• Different types of batteries or new and used batteries
are not to be mixed.
• Before disposing of the device, remove all batteries and
dispose of them in a container intended for this purpose.
When the battery has run down, it should be disposed
of at a recycling centre to safeguard the environment. If
the battery leaks, avoid touching it and dispose of it at
a recycling centre.
• For domestic use only.
