before installing this product. Ensure that all
installation connections, especially the air
bag indicator lights, are plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition
to test this product.

NOTE: Steering Wheel Controls If the vehicle’s do not function after the
AXTC-HN1 E1 has completed its programing sequence, unplug connector
from connector and connect to . Once completed, hit the reset button E E2 E
on the interface to restart the programming sequence and test. Refer to LED
Feedback Chart for programming information if needed.

Open the driver’s door, and keep open during the programming process.
Cycle the ignition on.
Connect the to the , and then toAXTC-HN1 harness AXTC-HN1 interface
the wiring harness in the vehicle.
The will enter auto-detect mode. AXTC No additional action is required.
The LED will flash & while the interface programs the radio to Green Red
the steering wheel controls. Once programmed, the LED will go out, then
produce a pattern which will identify the radio type installed. Refer to
the section under for radio typesRadio LED Feedback Troubleshooting

the interface programs itself to the vehicle. Once programmed, the LED
will go out again, then turn solid .Green
Cycle the ignition off, then back on.
Test all functions of the installation for proper operation.
Note: Steering Wheel Controls If the vehicle’s do not function after the
AXTC-HN1 has completed its programing sequence, unplug connector
