SAFETYINFORMATION

1. Incorrectoperationandimproperhandlingcanleadtofaultsonthedeviceandinjuries

totheuser.

4. Donotimmersetheunitormainspluginwaterorotherliquids.Thereisdangertolife

duetoelectricshock!However,ifthisshouldoccur,removethemainsplugimmediately

andthenhavetheunitcheckedbyanexpertbeforeusingitagain.

5. Donotoperatethedeviceifthemainscableorthemainsplugshowsignsofdamage,if

thedevicehasfallenonthefloororhasbeenotherwisedamaged.Insuchcasestake

thedevicetoaspecialistforcheckingandrepair,ifnecessary.

ASSEMBLINGINSTRUCTION

1. Unscrewthegrillretainingringfromthemotorshaft.

2. Puttherearfanguardonthemotorshaftandscrewtogetherwiththegrillretaining

ring.

3. Putthefanbladeonthemotorshaft.

4. Putonthefrontfanguardandthenclosetheclipsandusingtheappropriatescrewto

securethegrilletogether.



OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS

1. Plugthepowercordintoasuitablesocket.

2. Oscillation:tomakethefanheadoscillate,pushdowntheOscillationknob.Tostopthe

fanheadfromoscillating,pull‐uptheOscillationKnob.

3. Thefanisswitchedonusingthepushbuttonsonthebase,i.e.0:Off,1=LowSpeed,2=

Highspeed

CAUTION:Pressonlyoneofthespeedcontrolbuttonatatime.Permanentdamagetothe

switchhousingmayresultiftwoormoreofthebuttonsarepressedsimultaneously.



CLEANING

1. Beforeservicingthefanandaftereachoccasionofuse,switchofftheapplianceand

unplugthemainscablefromthesocket.

2. Neverimmersetheapplianceinwater(dangerofshort‐circuit).Tocleantheappliance,

onlywipeitdownwithadampclothandthendryitcarefully.Alwaystakeoutthe

mainsplugfirst.

3. Takecarethatexcessivedustdoesnotbuildupintheair‐intakeandair‐outletgrille,

andcleanitoccasionallyusingadrybrushorvacuumcleaner.


