外装の汚れは、乾いたやわらかい布で軽く拭き取ってください。汚れがひ

準備

付属のCD-ROMに収録されているユーザーガイドを使用するためには、以下

のソフトウェアがコンピューターにインストールされている必要がありま

す。

Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the external surfaces of the camera. Stubborn ˎ

stains can be removed using a soft cloth dampened with a small quantity of

detergent solution, then wipe dry.

Do not use volatile solvents such as alcohol, benzene or thinners as they may ˎ

damage the surface finishes.

This Installation Manual describes the names and functions of parts and controls

of the Video Network Station, gives connection examples and explains how to

set up the unit. Be sure to read the Installation Manual before operating.

User’s Guide (stored in the CD-ROM)

The User’s Guide describes how to set up the Video Network Station and how to

control the unit via a Web browser.

SNC toolbox mobile Application Guide (Web)

The Application Guide describes how to adjust the field of view via a smartphone

or tablet.

After installing and connecting the Video Network Station correctly in

Using the CD-ROM Manuals

The supplied CD-ROM disc includes the User’s Guides for this unit (Japanese,

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Chinese versions) in PDF format.

Preparations

Adobe Reader Version 6.0 or higher must be installed on your computer in order

to use the User’s Guide stored in the CD-ROM disc.

Reading the manual in the CD-ROM

1 Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.

変形したり、故障したりするだけでなく、レンズの特性により

ぬれた手で接続ケーブルを抜き差しすると、感電の原因となる

内部に水や異物を入れない

接続の際は電源を切る

電源を入れたままで電源コードや接続ケーブルを接続すると、

感電や故障の原因になることがあります。

移動させるときは接続ケーブルを抜く

接続したまま移動させると、接続ケーブルが傷つき、火災や感

通気孔をふさがない

通気孔をふさぐと内部に熱がこもり、火災や故障の原因となる

ことがあります。風通しをよくするために次の項目をお守り

ください。

壁から10cm以上離して設置する。

密閉された狭い場所に押し込めない。

毛足の長い敷物(じゅうたんや布団など）の上に設置しない。

布などで包まない。

指定された向きで設置する。

ネットワーク通信を行います。

安全のために、周辺機器を接続する際は、過大電圧を持つ可能性があるコネク

ターをこの端子に接続しないでください。

設置

USBメモリーを取り付ける

本機では、映像データをUSBメモリーに記録することができます。

本機能を利用する場合は、ソニーの販売店または販売代理店までお問い合わ

せください。

設置の向き 

本機を設置する際には、指定された向きで設置してください（図 1）。

壁に固定する場合は、図のように（図 2）任意の向きで取り付けることがで

きます。取り付け金具の穴4ケ所を市販のM6のネジまたは木ネジ等を使用

して、しっかりと固定してください。

付属の取り付け金具は、縦置きで固定する場合には使用できません。縦置き

で固定する場合には、ソニーの販売店または販売代理店へお問い合わせくだ

さい。

接続

ネットワークへの接続 

市販のネットワークケーブル（ストレートケーブル）を使って、本機のLAN

ポートとPoE 給電機能を持った装置（ハブなど）を接続します。

電源は、ネットワークケーブルを通して供給されます。詳しくは、PoE対応

ハブなどの取扱説明書をご覧ください。

Location and Function of Parts

Front 

 POWER indicator (green)

When the video network station turns on, an internal system check is

performed.

The indicator lights up when the unit is operating properly.

 NETWORK indicator (green)

The indicator lights up or flashes in green when the unit is connected to the

network. The indicator is off when the unit is not connected to the network.

Rear 

 (microphone input/line input) terminal (mini-jack, monoral)

Connect a commercially-available microphone when using the microphone

input.

The plug-in power system (reference voltage 2.5 V DC is supported). Input

between microphone and line input is user-switchable.

 (line output) terminal (minijack, monaural)

Connect to a speaker with a built-in amplifier.

 Video input terminal (BNC)

Inputs composite video signal.

 Video output terminal (BNC)

Outputs composite video signals.

Video input from the video input terminal is output by loop-through.

However, video signals are not output when the power of the device is off.

 LAN network port (RJ-45)

Connect a network cable (UTP, category 5) to this port to communicate with a

network or PoE* system.

For details on connection, see the Instruction Manual of the power supply

equipment.

(*PoE stands for Power over Ethernet. It is pursuant to IEEE802.3af.)

CAUTION for LAN port

For safety reason, do not connect the LAN port to any network devices that

might have excessive voltage.

The LAN port of this unit is to be connected only to the devices whose power

feeding meets the requirements for SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and complies

with Limited Power Source according to IEC 60950-1.

CAUTION

When you connect the LAN cable of the unit to peripheral device, use a shielded-

type cable to prevent malfunction due to radiation noise.

To reset the unit to the factory default settings, supply the power to the unit,

while holding down this switch with a pointed object.

Installation

Installing USB memory devices

You can record video data in USB memory devices.

To use this function, consult the store of purchase or an authorized Sony dealer.

Orientation 

Install this product with the orientation specified in Service Manual (Fig. 1).

When installing this product on a wall, mount the attachment brackets by

installing merchant log screws or M6 screws into the screw holes without any

directional limits (Fig. 2).

Do not use the attachment brackets for vertical installation. Consult the store of

purchase or an authorized Sony dealer if vertical installation is required.

Connection

Connecting to the Network 

Connect the LAN port of the camera to a PoE supported device (such as a hub)

using the network cable (straight, not supplied).

The electrical power is supplied through the network cable. For details, refer to

the instruction manuals of the PoE supported devices.

ATTENTION concernant le port LAN

Installation

Installation des périphériques mémoire USB

Vous pouvez enregistrer les données vidéo dans des périphériques mémoire

USB.

Pour utiliser cette fonction, consultez le magasin qui vous a vendu l’appareil ou

un distributeur Sony agréé.

Orientation 

Installez ce produit en respectant l’orientation spécifiée dans le Manuel

d’entretien (Fig. 1).

Si vous souhaitez installer cet appareil sur un mur, installez les supports de

fixation en insérant des vis à bois ou des vis M6 dans les orifices sans aucune

limite directionnelle (Fig. 2).

Connectez le port LAN de la caméra à un périphérique compatible PoE (ex. : un

concentrateur) à l’aide du câble réseau (droit, non fourni).

PRECAUCIÓN para el puerto LAN
