Thank you for purchasing the Cordless Decompression Massage Belt. Please take a moment to
read this guide and store it for future reference.

INTRODUCTION
The Cordless Decompression Massage Belt helps alleviate pain and stiffness with a combination of
massage, heat, infrared light and magnets, plus inflatable support to decompress the vertebrae in
the lumbar area.
FEATURES
• Inflatable lumbar decompression
• 2 built-in massage motors
• 5 massage options
• 3 heat settings (104°F / 122°F / 140°F)
• Highly conductive graphene material heats up quickly and stays warm
• Theralite technology combines over 50 infrared lights for additional relaxation (NOTE: infrared
light is not visible to the human eye).
• Magnetic therapy further complements muscle healing
• Rechargeable battery lasts up to 5 hours
CHARGING THE DEVICE
1. Charge the device fully before use.
2. Use only the power adapter/charger supplied with this device.
3. The adapter will display a light while charging. The adapter will display a light RED GREEN
when fully charged. NOTE: A full charge will provide about 5 hours of usage.
OPERATION
1. Secure the belt around your waist with the hook-and-loop strap. Attach the included extender
belt if needed.
2. Use the included hand pump to inflate the lumbar section. As the lumbar support inflates, it
relieves pressure on the discs in the lower back by extending the spine. To decrease the pressure,
press the air release button located on the bulb.
3. Press and hold the MASSAGE button for 3-5 seconds. The massage function will turn on.
There are 5 massage modes. Press the MASSAGE button again to advance to the next mode.
4. To activate the heat, press and hold the HEAT button for 3-5 seconds. The first heat setting
(High/Red/140°F) will activate. After 6 minutes, the heat will automatically change to Medium/
Blue/122°F. After an additional 6 minutes, the heat will automatically change to Low/Green/104°F.
5. To manually select a heat setting, press the HEAT button to cycle through all 3 options.
6. To turn off the Massage and/or Heat functions, press and hold the corresponding button(s) for
3-5 seconds.
NOTE: The automatic safety timer will turn off the massage and heat after 30 minutes.

• Do not leave the device unattended while turned on.
• Do not operate the device under a blanket or pillow. Excess heating can cause a fire, electric
shock or injury.
• Do not use the device for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Do not open or dismantle this device. There are no user-serviceable parts.
• Use only the power adapter included with this device. Do not use any other power adapters or
chargers.
• Do not operate this device if the cord appears damaged or frayed, or if it has been dropped or
damaged.
• Keep away from hot surfaces.
• Do not use outdoors or in wet conditions.
• For household use only.
• Do not use within 1 hour of eating.
• Keep out of reach of children at all times.
• The company is not responsible for damage or loss caused by improper use of this device.

• Consult a physician if you are pregnant, or have undergone surgery, or if you have open
wounds.
• Consult a physician if you have heart problems or bone fractures.
• If you feel dizzy or lightheaded while using this device, stop the unit at once and consult your
physician.
