Important Safety Instructions
IMPORTANT: Read the assembly instruction section and safety precautions of this booklet carefully before
removing the contents of this carton.
1. Do not put fingers or hands into the waste disposal unit.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
3. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. The appliance must be installed so that reset button . is easily accessible
6. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used near children.
7. When attempting to remove objects from the waste disposer, please use long handled tongs or pliers.-
8. When not operating the disposer, leave the stopper in place to reduce the risk of objects falling into the
disposer.
9. Do not use the disposer before the splash guard is in position.
10. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
