2. Press start/stop (D) to reset theseconds display.
3. Press (B) to switch MODE
to thenext setting.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for theremaining settings. Thesettings
sequence is as follows: Seconds – hours – minutes – year –
month – date.
6. Push (A) when you have completed inputting all your RESET
settings. Theday is automatically set when theyear, month
and date is set.
Switching between a12 and 24 hour display
When thewatch is in time display mode press
RESET (A) once to switch between 12 and 24
hour display. “PM” is shown for the12 hour display
and “24H” for the24 hour display.

Display
Alarm & hourly chime
When thealarm is activated thesignal will sound daily at thepreset
time. Turn thealarm off by pressing any button when thealarm sounds.
Otherwise thealarm will sound for about 60 sec. With thehourly
chime activated thewatch will sound every hour on thehour.
Setting thealarm
1. With thewatch in time display mode press
MODE therequired number of times to
reach thealarm settings. Press once. RESET
Thealarm symbol will be displayed and
thehour display will begin ïŹ‚ashing.
Displaying thedate
When thewatch is in time display mode press
and hold to display thedate and year.start/stop
2. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
3. Press to switch to thenext setting.MODE
1. When thewatch is in time display
mode press and hold (A) until RESET
theseconds display starts to ïŹ‚ash.
4. Press start/stop (D)
repeatedly to increase
thedigits incrementally. Hold thebutton in to
increase thedigits quickly.

5. Press to save your settings when RESET

Activating thealarm and hourly chime
‱ With thewatch in time display mode, press therequired MODE
number of times to reach thealarm settings. Press start/stop
once. Thealarm symbol will be displayed.
‱ Press start/stop therequired amount of times to either activate
thehourly chime or alarm and thehourly chime combined.
Combining the alarm and hourly chime
‱ Alarm only (alarm symbol displayed).
‱ Hourly chime only (chime symbol displayed)
‱ Both alarm and hourly chime (both symbols displayed)
Stopwatch
Without split-time
1. Press therequired number of times to MODE
reach thestopwatch mode.
3. Stop thestopwatch by pressing start/stop again.
4. Press RESET to reset thestopwatch back to zero.
With split-time
1. Press therequired number of times to MODE
reach thestopwatch mode.
3. Press to display split-time. “SPL” is RESET
displayed. Thestopwatch will not be visible
but will continue running in thebackground.
4. Press to view therunning stopwatch RESET
display.
5. Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated as many times as you like.
6. Press to stop thestopwatch.start/stop
7. Press to reset thestopwatch back to zero.RESET
Countdown timer
‱ When thewatch has counted down to zero analarm will sound.
Turn it off by pressing any button. Otherwise thealarm will
continue to sound for about 60 seconds.
‱ Thetimer can be set for up to 60 minutes.
Setting thecountdown timer
1. Press therequired number of times MODE
to reach countdown timer mode. “TR” will
be displayed.
3. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.

thestopwatch.

Once it starts ïŹ‚ashing you can enter your
desired settings.
Backlight
‱ Thebacklight provides illumination which
makes thedigits easier to read in darkness.
‱ Thebacklight can be turned on by pushing
thebacklight button. Thebacklight will be lit
for about 4 seconds.
Care and maintenance
‱ Never try to open thecasing.
‱ Do not press thebuttons when thewatch is under water.
‱ If there is any moisture inside thewatch contact our customer
service department immediately. Moisture inside thewatch
could cause damage to themetal parts.
‱ Thewatch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary blows.
‱ Do not expose thewatch to extreme temperatures.
‱ Clean thewatch using adry, soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents
since they can damage theplastic parts of thewatch.
‱ Avoid wearing thewatch in thevicinity of strong electromagnetic
ïŹelds.

i ca 60 sek. NÀr timsignalen Àr aktiv ljuder klockan varje heltimme.

upprepade gÄnger för att komma in i alarmlÀget.
