• Beware of hot steam coming
out of the oating valve and
pressure regulator valve
during cooking or when you
open the lid. Keep hands and
face away from the appliance
to avoid the steam.
• Do not lift and move the
appliance while it is operating.
• Do not exceed the maximum
water level indicated in the
inner pot to prevent overow.
• Do not place the cooking
utensils inside the pot while
cooking.
• Only use the cooking utensils
provided. Avoid using sharp
utensils.
• To avoid scratches, it is
not recommended to cook
ingredients with crustaceans
and shellsh. Remove the
hard shells before cooking.
• Do not place a magnetic
substance on the lid. Do not
use the appliance near a

before you clean or move it.

after use. Do not clean the

4 Use your All-in-One cooker
Before first use
1 Remove all packaging materials from
the appliance.
2 Take out all the accessories from the
inner pot.
3 Clean the parts of the electric pressure
cooker thoroughly before using it for
the rst time (see chapter ‘Cleaning’).
Note
•Make sure all parts are completely
dry before you start using the electric
pressure cooker.
Preparations before cooking
Before using the electric pressure cooker
to cook food, you need to follow below
preparations:

1 Hold the lid handle and turn it anti-
clockwise until the top lid cannot move
any more (g. 4).
2 Lift up the top lid (g. 5).
3 Take out the inner pot from the electric
pressure cooker (g. 6).
4 Put the pre-washed food in the inner
pot. Wipe the outside of the inner
pot dry (g. 7) and put it back into the
electric pressure cooker (g. 8).
Note
•
Do not ll the inner pot with less than 1/3
or more than 2/3 full of food and liquid.
•For food that expands during cooking,
do not ll the inner pot with more than
1/2 full of food and liquid.
•For rice cooking, follow the water level
indications on the inside of the inner
pot. You can adjust the water level
for dierent types of rice and your
own preference. Do not exceed the
maximum water level indication.
5 Place the top lid onto the electric
pressure cooker and turn it clockwise
(g. 9).
Note
•Make sure the sealing ring is properly
assembled around the inside of the top
lid.
•Make sure the pressure regulator and
oating valve are clean and not blocked.
•Make sure the outside of the inner pot
is dry and clean, and that there is no
foreign residue on the heating element.
•Make sure the inner pot is in proper
contact with the heating element.
Pressure cooking
1 Follow the steps in “Preparations before
cooking”.
2 Turn the pressure regulator to ' 密封 '
position (g. 10).
3 Put the plug in the power socket (g.11).
4 Press the button to choose a function
you need.
•If you want to cook rice, press 米飯
button (g. 12).
» The rice indicator blinks.
» The screen displys the preset
cooking time and the pressure.
•If you want to choose the other
cooking functons ( 煮粥 /煲湯 , 雞肉
/鴨肉 , 牛肉 /羊肉 , 豬肉 /排骨 , 豆
類/蹄筋 , 蒸蛋 ), press the button
repeatedly until (g. 13).
» The indicator of the selected
function blinks.
» The screen displys the preset
pressure keeping time and the
pressure.
5 To set a dierent pressure keeping time,
press (g. 14).
» The pressure keeping time blinks.
6 Press the minute button ( ) to set the
time (g. 15).
Note
•Press the minute button to adjust the
time by one minute, press and hold the
minute button to fastward the time.
7 Press and hold 開始烹調 button ( ) for
3 seconds, the All-in-One cooker starts
working in the selected mode (g. 16).
8 When the All-in-One cooker reaches
the cooking pressure, it goes to dynamic
pressure keeping state.
9 After cooking is nished, the All-in-One
cooker automatically switches to keep
warm mode.
10 After the pressure is released
completely, turn the pressure regulator
to 排氣 position (g. 17). Hold the handle
of the top lid and turn it anticlockwise
until it cannot move (g. 4), and then
open the lid (g. 5).
Tips
•Do not turn the pressure regulator
during cooking process.
•Normally, you can open the lid after
cooking is nished. If you can't open
the lid, turn the pressure regulator to
vent position, let the steam release
completely.
•You can adjust the cooking time for
dierent types of food according to your
preference. It's not suggested to set the
cooking time shorter than preset time,
this may cause that the foods are still
raw.
•Press the 保溫 /取消 button to cancel
the cooking process. If you want to
open the lid, turn the pressure regulator
to 排氣 position.
Note
•When cooking soup or viscous liquid,
do not release pressure by turning the
pressure regulator to the steam vent
position, otherwise liquid might spurt
from the pressure control valve. Wait
until the pressure is naturally released
and the oater has dropped to open
the top lid.
•After the cooking is nished and the
pressure is released, unplug the electric
pressure cooker to turn o the keep
warm function or when not in use.
Waterless cooking
You can cook foods without adding water in
the inner pot.
1 Follow the steps in “Preparations before
cooking”.
2 Turn the pressure regulator to '無水烹調 '
position (g. 18).
3 Put the plug in the power socket
(g. 11).
4 Press the 無水烹調 button ( ) (g. 19).
» The display shows the preset
cooking time for waterless cooking.
5 To set a dierent cooking time, press
(g. 14).
» The pressure keeping time blinks.
6 Press the 分 button ( ) to set the time
(g. 15).
Tip
•You can adjust the cooking time for
dierent types of food according to your
preference. It's not suggested to set the
cooking time shorter than preset time,
this may cause that the foods are still
raw.
7 Press and hold 開始烹調 button ( ) for
3 seconds, the All-in-One cooker starts
working in the selected mode (g. 16).
8 When the All-in-One cooker reaches
the cooking pressure, the pressure
keeping time starts countdown.
9 After cooking is nished, the All-in-One
cooker automatically switches to keep
warm mode.
10 Turn the handle of the top lid
anticlockwise (g. 4) to open the lid
(g.5).
蒸蛋
1 Follow the steps 1-3 in ‘Preparations
before cooking’ .
2 Pour 2-3 scale water, put the steam
basket into the inner pot.
3 Put the ingredients of 蒸蛋 in the steam
basket.
4 Turn the pressure regulator to " 排氣 "
position (g. 17).
5 Put the plug in the power socket
(g. 11).
6 Press the button to choose the 蒸蛋
fucntion (g. 13).
7 Press and hold 開始烹調 button ( ) for
3 seconds, the All-in-One cooker starts
working in the selected mode (g. 16).
8 After cooking is nished, the All-in-One
cooker automatically switches to keep
warm mode.
9 Turn the handle of the top lid
anticlockwise (g. 4) to open the lid
(g.5).
再加熱
1 Loosen the cooled rice and evenly
distribute it in the inner pot.
2 Pour some water onto the rice to
prevent it from becoming too dry. The
quantity of the water depends on the
amount of rice.
3 Close the top lid, and turn the handle
anticlockwise to the lock position (g. 9).
4 Turn the pressure regulator to the 排氣
position (g. 17).
5 Put the plug in the power socket (g. 11).
6 Press the 再加熱 button ( ) to choose
the 再加熱 funtion (g. 20).
» The reheat indicator blinks.
7 To set a dierent cooking time, press
the 保壓時間 ( ) button (g. 14).
» The 保壓時間 for reheat blinks on the
screen.
8 Press the 分 ( ) button to set time
(g. 15).
9 Press the 開始烹調 ( ) button for 3
seconds, the All-in-One cooker starts
working in the selected mode (g. 16).
» The reheat indicator lights up.
» The reheat time starts to count
down.
10 When the cooking is nished, the All-
in-One cooker will be in keep warm
mode automatically.
11 Hold the handle of the top lid, and turn
it anticlockwise (g. 4) and open the top
lid (g. 5).
Preset time for delayed cooking
You can preset the delayed cooking time
for dierent cooking functions. The preset
timer is available up to 24 hours, but is not
applicable to the cake function.
1 Press , , or to choose the
desired cooking mode, then press the
preset timer button ( ) (g 21).
2 Press 時 button ( )to set hour, and
then press 分 button ( )to set minute
(g. 22).
Note
•Press 時 button to adjust the time by
one hour, press 分 button to adjust the
time by 10 minutes. Press and hold 時
or 分 to fast forward or fast backward
time.
3 Once the preset time is set, press the
開始烹調 button ( ) for 3 seconds to
enter preset mode (g.16).
» The remaining preset time is
displayed on the screen.
4 When the preset time is elapsed, the
All-in-One cooker starts working in the
selected cooking mode automatically.
Setting up child lock
To protect your child from using the
multicooker, you can set up the child lock
function.
• Press and hold the 預約時間
button( ) for 3 seconds to enter
the child lock mode.
» The child lock icon appears on the
display screen.
• To unlock, press and hold the 預
約時間 button ( ) for 3 seconds
again.
» The child lock icon disappears from
the display screen.
Keep warm mode
In standby mode, press the 保溫 /取消 ( )
button, the All-in-One cooker goes to keep
warm mode automatically. The screen shows
the keep warm time. When the All-in-One
cooker stays in keep warm mode for more
than 12 hours, it will switch to standby mode.
Note
•The All-in-One cooker can remain in
keep warm mode when you open or
close the lid.

6 Cleaning and Maintenance
Note
•Unplug the electric pressure cooker
before starting to clean it.
•Wait until the electric pressure cooker
has cooled down suciently before
cleaning it.
Interior
Inside of the outer lid and the main body:
• Wipe with wrung out and damp cloth.
• Make sure to remove all the food
residues stuck to the electric pressure
cooker.
Heating element:
• Wipe with wrung out and damp cloth.
• Remove food residues with wrung out
and damp cloth or toothpicks.
Sealing ring:
• Soak in warm water and clean with
sponge.
Exterior
Surface of the outer lid and outside of the
main body:
• Wipe with a cloth damped with soap
water.
• Only use soft and dry cloth to wipe the
control panel.
• Make sure to remove all the food
residues around the pressure regulator
and oating valve.
Pressure control valve and oating valve:
• Disassemble the pressure control valve,
soak it in warm water, and clean with
sponge (Fig. 23).
• Remove food residues in the pressure
control valve and oating valve with
toothpicks. When cleaning the oater,
remove the inner lid rst.
Accessories
Detachable inner lid, soup ladle, rice scoop
and inner pot.
• Soak in hot water and clean with
sponge.
7 Recycling
Do not throw away the product with the
normal household waste at the end of its
life, but hand it in at an ocial collection
point for recycling. By doing this, you help
to preserve the environment.
Follow your country’s rules for the separate
collection of electrical and electronic
products. Correct disposal helps prevent
negative consequences for the environment
and human health.

9 Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems when using this
appliance, check the following points before
requesting service. If you cannot solve the
problem, contact the Philips Consumer Care
Center in your country.

The inner lid is not well
