BEFORE USING
Read the instructions carefully. They contain important information for the use, safety and
maintenance of the appliance. Keep them in a safe place and transfer them to a possible
succeeding user. Only use the appliance for the purpose mentioned in these instructions. When
using pay particular attention to the following safety advice.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The appliance complies with technical regulations and standards in force. It is designed to
work on an alternative current only.
2. When first using, check that the mains supply corresponds to that shown on the rating plate
of the appliance.
3. D not place the appliance near any heat source which could cause damage.
4. Use the appliance on a stable work surface away from water.
5. Do not immerse the appliance.
6. The appliance must always be unplugged before any cleaning or maintenance takes place.
7. Do not use the appliance if the blade is deteriorated or the appliance or cord is damaged,
the appliance has been dropped and is visibly damaged or functions abnormally. In these
cases, have it checked by your nearest Service Centre before using again. If an extension
lead is used, it must be in good condition.
8. The appliance can only be opened using special tools, therefore, for any repairs you must
consult an authorized Service Centre.
9. The appliance is intended for domestic use only and it is not designed for commercial
purposes or in a manner which does not comply with the operating instructions.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduce physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
11. The appliance is designed for short time operation. In case large amounts are ground,
switch off the appliance after one minute of operation in order to allow the appliance to cool
down.
12. Maximum capacity: 85g.
13. Only grind coffee with this appliance.
14. Do not pull the cord over sharp edges or jam it, and protect it from heat and oil.
15. Do not disconnect the appliance by pulling at the cord or grip the cord with wet hands.
16. Only remove the lid after the fly cutter has stopped.
17. Save this instruction manual.

GRINDER INSTRUCTIONS
Before using for the first time wipe the metallic bowl, the blade and the lid with a dry duster.
The appliance must be unplugged.
Take off the lid. Put the coffee beans into the metallic bowl (Maximum capacity :85g).The
blade is removable; be sure that it is in place before adding the coffee beans.
Put the lid in place.
Plug in.
Hold the lid on firmly with one hand. Push the on switch with the other hand until the
desired texture of coffee is achieved.
Do not take off the lid until the blade has completely stopped.
The grinding time must be in relation to the quantity of coffee required.
Coarse ground: 10 seconds.
Average ground: 20-30 seconds
Fine ground: 40-60 seconds
When the blade has stopped rotating, unplug. Take off the lid and men remove the ground
coffee.
Caution: danger of injury! In any case wait until the fly cutter has stopped operation!
CLEANING
It is recommended to take out all the ground coffee in order to avoid deterioration of aroma
through and remaining old grounds,
Unplug
Remove the lid and rinse under running water and dry completely. The lid cannot be
cleaned in a dishwasher.
Take out the blade by turning it anti-clockwise. Clean it and dry thoroughly.
Clean the metallic bowl with a damp sponge.
Caution! Do not immerse the appliance in water.
