The P400 is designed to connect directly to the network LAN or run using Wi-Fi. The P400 accepts a 3.5 mm analog stereo input.

This instruction sheet covers the installation of the Nuvo

Player Portfolio Table-Top Speaker [NV-P400-XX]. This versatile and self-contained P400

system serves as a single zone for the Nuvo Player Portfolio system or as an addition to up to 16 zones in the system, allowing access to networked

audio content and multiple streaming services. The P400 is Ethernet and Wireless (802.11 a/b/g/n, 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) compatible. This powerful 2.1

system provides excellent sound quality through a built-in 5 1/4" subwoofer, two mid-range drivers, and two tweeters. With exible control options,

accessing the music you love has never been easier using the capacitive touch, LED back-lit buttons, any of the Nuvo Player in-wall keypads, or the

convenient Nuvo Player app for iOS and Android devices. The sleek P400 brings crisp, clear sound to any room of the home.

INSTALLATION (Fig. 3)

STEP 1: Plug the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the back of the P400. An Ethernet cable MUST be used for the initial setup of the P400. During

setup, the option is available to use the P400 with either a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.

STEP 2: If a USB drive is being used with the P400, insert it at this time. (Optional)

Note: Refer to the Nuvo Player Portfolio Audio System Product Manual to connect the P400 to the Player Portfolio System and access streaming services

and/or networked audio content.

STEP 3: Plug the 3.5 mm stereo input line into the analog stereo input jack. (Optional)

Note: Connecting a compatible mobile device to the P400 using an analog stereo input line allows the user to play music selections from the connected

device.

STEP 4: Plug the power cable into the P400 power cord inlet on the back of the speaker.

STEP 5: Download and launch the Nuvo Player Portfolio app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Marketplace. Follow the on-screen instructions in

the App to complete the P400 setup.

® Player [NV-P400-XX]. Ce système polyvalent et

autonome P400 correspond à une zone du système de la gamme Nuvo Player ou à un complément des 16 zones possibles du système, permettant

l’accès au contenu audio en réseau et à une variété de services de diffusion en continu. Le P400 possède une connexion Ethernet et sans l (802.11

a/b/g/n, 2,4 GHz ou 5 GHz) compatible. Ce puissant système 2.1 offre une excellente qualité avec son caisson de basses intégré de 5 1/4 po (13,34

INSTALLATION (Fig. 3)

ÉTAPE 1 : Brancher le câble Ethernet dans le port Ethernet à l’arrière du P400. Un câble Ethernet DOIT être utilisé pour la conguration initiale du P400.

Pendant la conguration, vous avez la possibilité d’utiliser le P400 avec un réseau Wi-Fi à 2,4 GHz ou 5 GHz.

ÉTAPE 2 : Si une clé USB est utilisée avec le P400, l’insérer à ce moment-là. (Optionnel)

Remarque : Se référer au manuel de produit du système audio de la gamme Nuvo Player pour connecter le P400 au système de la gamme Player, et

accéder aux services de diffusion en continu et/ou de contenu audio en réseau.

ÉTAPE 3 : Brancher le câble d’entrée stéréo analogique de 3,5 mm dans la prise d’entrée stéréo analogique. (Optionnel)

Remarque : Connecter un appareil mobile compatible au P400 à l’aide du câble d’entrée stéréo analogique permet à l’utilisateur d’écouter ses sélections

musicales stockées sur l’appareil connecté.
