IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated
corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
3. Do not use the two-way socket with another appliance.
4. not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the Do
cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and
size or bring the unit to the nearest authorized service center.
5. Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a
heated oven, or near hot surface.
6. Place the unit on a stable surface; keep it away from the edge
of the counter to avoid accidents.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
o lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been r
given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
8. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
9. Ext me caution must be exercised when using an appliance re
containing boiling hot water in the multi-cooker.
10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.
11. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse the unit
including the power base in ter or any other liquid. wa
12. Always ensure that the lid is closed and do not lift it while the
water in the multi-cooker is boiling. Scalding may occur if the lid
is removed during the cooking cycle. Do not touch the hot
surfaces of the rice cooker.

15. No parts are dishwasher safe.
16. Do not cook food below the recommended minimum level (4
cups) or above the maximum level (10 cups). Boiling water may
come out of the multi-cooker.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Always follow the correct way to clean which can help you
maintain the appliance to avoid unnecessary loss.
1. Always unplug the appliance after use and allow the appliance
to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Do not use a metal scoop to scoop out the rice because the pot
may get damaged. Always use the rice scoop provided.
3. Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or sti brushes to
clean your multi-c er. The stainless steel pot, rice scoop, ook
may be cleaned with mild soupy water using sponge of soft
cloth.
4. Wipe the exterior surfaces with damp cloth.
5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the inner part of the
multi-cooker, heater or the centre thermostat. Remove them if
found. Wipe surface with damp cloth.
6. The inner part of the lid liner should be cleaned as frequent as
possible with damp cloth or it can be washed with soap and
water, pullout the lid liner to remove it from the lid.
7. Remove the residue from the dew collector after every use.

Hotpot / Stew
1. Put the desired ingredients into the pot.
2. Wipe the exterior of the pot with a clean cloth before
placing in the cooker body. Rotate the pot so that it is
sitting evenly on the heating element. Make sure that
there are no foreign objects on the bottom surface of the pot or on
the heating element of the cooker.
3. Lock the lid properly. Connect the power cord to the multi-cooker,
then plug it securely into a household electrical power outlet.
4. Press the ‘HOTPOT / STEW’ button to select the tpot / stew ho
function, 2 hours will appear on the display. The ‘hotpot / stew’
indicator light will be ashing, then wait for about 3 seconds to start
the cooking progress. The selector indicator light will be solid and the
screen will show the desired tim e.
Note: To select the desired time, just press hotpot / stew repeatedly.
The default time is 2 hours and can be adjusted from 15 minutes to
90 minutes and 2 to 4 hours.
5. When the dish is cooked, beep sounds will be heard, the cooker will
automatically switch to the keep warm mode and that keep warm
indicator light will be ON.
Steam
1. Pour the desired amount of water into the pot.
2. Wipe the exterior of the pot with a clean cloth before
placing in the cooker body. Rotate the pot so that it is
sitting evenly on the heating element. Make sure that
there are no foreign objects on the bottom surface of the pot or on
the heating element of the cooker.
3. Put the desired ingredients on the steaming basket.
4. Place the steaming basket on the top of the pot.
5. Lock the lid properly. Connect the power cord to the multi-cooker,
then plug it securely into a household electrical power outlet.
6. Press the ‘STEAM’ button to select the steam function, 5 minutes
will appear on the display. The ‘STEAM’ indicator light will be
ashing, then wait for about 3 seconds to start the cooking progress.
The selector indicator light will be solid and the screen will show the
desired time.
Note: To select the desired time, just press steam repeatedly. The
default time is 5 minutes and can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 30
minutes.
7. When the dish is cooked, beep sounds will be heard, the cooker will
automatically switch to the keep warm mode and that keep warm
indicator light will be ON.

18. In case of malfunctions, please bring the Multi-cooker to the
nearest Authorized Imarex Service Center.
19. Avoid water spillage into the socket, connector, cord and alike.
20. Multi-cooker body may get very hot, be careful when handling.
21. Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the
manufacturer may cause dama or malfunctioning of your ge
appliance or result in injuries.
22. Use on a hard, at level surface only, to avoid interruption of air
ow underneath the appliance.
23. For household use only, not intended for any business
purposes.
24. Do not use this unit other than its intended use.
