Safety Warnings
Read the instruction manual before using
Gymform® Swivel for the rst time.
If you have any doubts about your phys-
ical condition or have suffered from an
illness, always consult your doctor before
using Gymform® Swivel.
If you have a spinal disc herniation, con-
sult your doctor before using the product.
If you have asthma or suffer from a re-
spiratory disease, consult your doctor
before using Gymform® Swivel.
Warning: Not for therapeutic use.
Always place Gymform® Swivel on a at
surface.
Ensure that children do not use Gym-
form® Swivel without adult supervision.
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not drink alcoholic beverages while
using the device.
Drink water after use.
The device supports a maximum weight
of 150 kg.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Place the base (1) on the oor.
2. Insert the L-shaped tube (2) into the
base tube (3) until all the holes on
both tubes are lined up.
3. Attach the tubes together using a
washer and short screw (4) in each
of the four holes on the sides of the
tube and one short screw (4) and
washer in the big hole on the top
part of the tube. Attach îš¿rmly using
the Allen key (5).
4. Place the red cover (13) on top of
the L-shaped tube (2) to cover the
screws you just attached. After put-
ting the cover in place, attach it with
one small screw (12) as shown in
Figure A.
5. Insert the tube (6) into the L-shaped
tube (2). Make sure the seven holes
in the tube (6) are facing away from
the device.
Adjusting the handlebar height:
The knob is used to set the handlebar
height. To select the height of the tube
(6), insert the knob (7) into the desired
hole and press while sliding the tube (6)
up or down so the holes line up and the
knob slides into place.
Then turn the knob (7) clockwise to at-
tach it.
6. Attach the handlebar (8) to the tube
(6) as shown in Figure A while en-
suring that the holes on both parts
are lined up.
7. Attach the handlebar (8) by insert-
ing two long screws (9) through the
holes and then placing a washer
and nut on the end of each one. Use
the Allen key (5) to tighten the long
screws (9) while holding the nut in
place with the spanner (10) until the
parts are îš¿rmly attached.
8. Place the cover (11) over the han-
dlebar (8) as shown in Figure A and
use the screwdriver (5) to attach it
with one small screw (12).
Instructions for Use:
For a safe, comfortable workout, leave a clear
area of at least 0.6 metres around the device.

Important: Gymform® Swivel has a safety
system to prevent injuries. When Gymform®
Swivel is not in use, it should be blocked by
pushing in the ball-head pin (14). This will
block the device so it will not swivel.
When you want to use the product, pull out
the ball-head pin (14) to unblock the system.
(See Figure B)
To start your workout, get on the platform (15)
and hold on to the handlebar knobs (17).
The platform (15) has two swivelling discs
(16) where you can stand and swivel.
Choose the exercise that suits you best from
the exercise guide included.
When you îš¿nish, block the unit as de-
scribed above.
Quality Warranty:
This product is covered by a warranty against
manufacturing defects subject to the time pe-
riods stipulated by the legislation in force in
each country.
This warranty does not cover damages result-
ing from inadequate use, negligent commer-
cial use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or
improper handling.
