The POV100 comes in 2 sizes: M (54 60cm/21.25- -
23.6”) and L (56 62cm/22 24.4- - ”)
Recommended use with wide angle lenses set to
innity focus for best results

Mount your camera using the screw
inside the slot in the crossbar in the
front of the helmet. See Fig A.

3 Included with the POV 100 are 10 weight plates. With
the camera mounted in the front, your head will be
leaning forward. Add weight plates to the back of the
helmet to balance your head and ease the strain on
your neck. Use the supplied thumb nut to secure the
weight plates in an unloose posion. See Fig. B

Hint: Weigh your camera and use the appropriate
number of plates to get as close as possible to the
camera weight knowing that 1 plate weighs about
4oz (or 100g).
Example: For a camera weighing 1.6lbs, add 6-7
plates to the back.
Thumb nut
In the rear inside of the helmet, you will nd a knob.
Use the knob to ghten or loosen the helmet s inside
frame so that the helmet ts ghtly on your head.
The knob in queson is circled on Fig. C.

Top Plate features:
1/4 20 female threaded holes to mount mic, lights, fricon arm etc..-
14/4 20 mounng screw to mount a GoPro, a 360 camera, light, mic, fricon -
arm etc..

At this point, your setup should look like Fig. D. The POV 100 is a very exible head rig with mulple
adjustments and mounng possibilies. See the adjustments available below .
Front Plate features:
1/4 20 female threaded holes -
for accessories
14/4 20 mounng screw-
Crossbar Knobs:
Loosen up the knobs. Adjust the
angle of the camera. Tighten the
knobs when done.
Temple Plate:
Remove the 2 screws. While
keeping a 45 degree angle, move
the camera frame horizontally
and along the slot to adjust how
far from the face the camera will
be.
Lock in place using the 2 screws.
Use the other threaded holes to
mount accessories.
Mid –secon Knobs:
Loosen up the knobs. Adjust
the camera posion so you
can see clearly in front of
you. Tighten the knobs when
done.

If any assembling is needed, please refer to the below secon:
BACK: Mount the plate with the longest
screw to the back of the helmet using 2 of the
supplied M3 screws. Fig E.
FRONT: Mount the curved rectangular plate
to the front of the helmet using 2 of the sup-
plied M3 screws and through the 2 slots on
the plate. Fig F.
SIDES: Mount the 2 idencal plates to the sides
of the helmet using 2 of the supplied M3 screws
and through the 2 slots on the plate. Each plate
should be oriented so that the plate s thicker end
faces the back of the helmet . Fig. H.
TOP: Mount the rectangular at plate to the
top of the helmet using 2 of the supplied M3
screws and through the 2 slots on the plate.
