USING GONKULATOR:
With the Gonkulator having a built-in distortion, most guitarists/
bassists will favor placing it at the beginning of their chain of
eects, so start with that placement.
A typical eects signal chain will consist of Distortion eects rst
then Modulation eects (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, etc...)
next and then nally Time based eects (Delay and Reverb).
The fact that Gonkulator can also be a standalone ring modulator,
you can place it in the middle or the end of the eects chain with
good results. You can always experiment with dierent eect
placements to get it working best for your rig.
