*The Premier Hearing Aids are pre-assembled with medium ear domes.
The Premier hearing aids comes with 5 pairs of silicone ear domes.
Choose the one that ďŹts best. Wrong size of ear domes may cause
whistling.
The device has a memory function. It will automatically save the
mode and volume level.
Put the dome over the grooves on the hearing aid to mount it.
1. Clean the ear canal. Push the silicone ear dome into the canal.
2. Gently turn the silicone ear dome left and right until it is stable
and comfortable.
1. Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch program (in Hearing
mode).
2. Quick press to increase sound volume, âVolume 6â =
maximum

1. Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch âHearing mode/Music
modeâ.
2. Quick press to decrease sound volume, âVolume 1â =
minimum
3. Press and hold for 8 seconds to reset hardware.

⢠Turn on: take the hearing aid out of its case
⢠Turn off: put the hearing aid back into its case

Clean the silicone ear dome with
the sound hole facing down.
Clean the dustscreen frequently
or replace it time by time.
Clean the dustscreen with
cleaning brush. Remove the
silicone ear dome if needed.
When done, put the device back
into charging case.
