• The waffle maker should be placed on adry, flat and heat-
resistant surface. Makesure that there is ample space above
and below thewaffle maker for air to circulate. Makesure that
themains lead does not drape over theedge of thecountertop
or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or animals.
• Bear in mind that thewaffle maker will become very hot
during use. Toprevent burns, only touch thehandles when
using thewaffle maker.
• Bear in mind that hot steam will escape when thelid is lifted.
• Keep aneye on thewaffle maker if you are using it in
thevicinity of children.
• Do not touch thewaffle maker or thelead if your hands arewet.
• The waffle maker is designed exclusively for domestic indoor use.
• Do not touch thehot surfaces of thewaffle maker, to prevent
therisk ofburns.
• Do not expose thewaffle maker to moisture, knocks or
blows. Neveruse thewaffle maker if you have dropped it on
thefloor, left it outdoors or dropped it inwater.
• The waffle maker must only be connected to a220–240V,
50Hz earthed outlet.
