Vor dem ersten G Sebrauch erhitzen ie den

leeren Toa ter zwei- oder dreimal auf s

Stufe «4».

Das vertreibt mögliche Gerüche, die durch

Montage-Materialien ent tanden ein s s

könnten.

Inbetriebnahme

S G sie können Brot in jeder röße toa ten,

s s s s ssofern e in den Toa ter chlitz pa t.

• tellen ie icher, da die rümel-S S s ss K

s s schublade (H) einge choben i t.

• tecken ie da Brot in den Toa ter-S S s s

s Schlitz und drücken ie den Brotheber

(D) nach unten.

• Mit der tufenlo en Bräunung kon-s s s

trolle (E) wählen ie den gewünS schten

Bräunung grad – von tufe «1» (leicht s S

gerö tet) bi «7» (dunkel).s s

• Wenn der gewün chte Bräunungs sgrad

erreicht i t, wird da Brot automatis s sch

au dem Toa ter chlitz gehoben.s s s

• ie können da Brot noch weiter au S s s

dem Toa ter heben, indem ie den s S

Brotheber (D) nach oben ziehen. Er

ra tet in der oberen Po ition ein.s s

Verkantetes Brot

Wenn Brot im Toa ter chlitz ( ) ver-s s G

kantet i t, ziehen ie den Netz tecker aus S s s

der S s ss steckdo e, la en da Gerät abkühlen

und entfernen da Brot an chließend s s

vor ichtig mit einem nicht metalli chen, s s

s G stumpfen egen tand.

Gefrorenes Brot

Wenn ie gefrorene Brot toa ten möch-S s s

ten, tecken ie da Brot in den Toa ter, s S s s

wählen ie den Bräunung grad an der S s

Bräunung kontrolle (E) und drücken den s

Brotheber (D) herunter. Dann drücken Sie

die Auftauta te (A). s

Aufwärmen

Wenn ie bereit abgekühlte Brot auf-S s s

wärmen möchten, drücken ie den Brot-S

heber (D) herunter und drücken dann die

Aufwärmta te (C). s

Brötchenaufsatz

(nur bei Modell HT 550/HT 450)

Der Brötchenauf atz (F) i t für da Auf-sss

wärmen von max. 2 Brötchen au gelegt. s

Ver uchen ie nicht, den Auf atz für s S s

Kuchen, Pizza, Backformen oder ganze

Brotlaibe zu verwenden. Die kann zu s

einem Hitze tau führen. Brötchen u w. s s

mü en vor dem Aufwärmen au gepackt ss s

werden.

Zum Aufwärmen drehen ie die S

Bräunung kontrolle (E), bi ie auf da s s s s

Brötchen- ie Symbol zeigt, dann drücken S

den Brotheber (D) herunter.

Reinigung

Vor Beginn der Reinigung ziehen ie S

Operation

You can toa t all ize of bread which fit s s s

the toa ter lot. s s

• Ens sure the crumb tray (H) i in place.

• Ins sert the bread, then pu h down the

lift (D).

• With the variable browning control (E)

choo e the degree of browning you s

prefer from «1» (light) to «7» (dark).

• When the elected degree of browning s

ha been reached, the bread will be s

lifted automatically.

• You can lift the bread further by

s shifting the lift (D) upward . For your

convenience, the bread lift remain in s

the upper po ition. s

• If you wi h to interrupt the toa ting, s s

pu h the manual top witch (B). The s s s

bread will be lifted and the toa ter will s

be turned off.

• If the toa ter hut off unexpectedly, s s s

s simply tart it again.

Jammed bread

If bread i jammed in the toa ter lot ( ), s s s G

unplug the toa ter, let it cool down and s

carefully remove the jammed bread with a

non-metallic, blunt tool.

Frozen bread

If you wi h to toa t frozen bread in ert the s s s

bread, choo e the degree of browning you s

prefer (browning control E), pu h down s

the lift (D) and then pu h the witch for s s

defro ting (A). s

Rewarming

If you wi h to rewarm toa t that ha s s s

cooled down, pu h down the lift (D), then s

pu h the witch for rewarming (C).s s

Roll rack

The roll rack (F) i de igned for warming s s

max. 2 roll . Do not attempt to u e with s s

cake . s, pizza, baking tins or whole loaves

Cleaning

Always unplug the appliance and allow to

cool down before cleaning. Never clean

the appliance under running water, nor

immer e it in water. Clean the exterior s

s surface with a damp cloth only. Do not
