Wire Color & Function: The audio input wire colors are an EIA standard
for car stereo applications as follows.
INPUT HARNESS
= GroundBlack
Yellow - Battery +12V input
= Remote +12V outputBlue
= Left front (+) inputWhite
= Left front (-) inputWhite/Black
= Right front (+) inputGray
Gray/Black = Right front (-) input
= Reference ground (-)Brown
(Reference ground optional if noise is present)
Note:
Be sure that all audio input connections are polarized or in
phase with each other. That is, the positive output wires from the audio
source need to be connected to the corresponding positive input wires
of the AXLOC-55SP. The same goes for the negative audio wires. Fail-
ure to do this will result in poor bass response and low quality audio.
Adjusting the AXLOC-55SP for maximum performance: After complet-
ing all of the necessary connections, turn the AXLOC-55SP adjustment
pots all of the way down by rotating them completely counter-clock-
wise. Now, turn the stereo system on and adjust the main volume con-
trol on the stereo to approximately 3/4 maximum volume. Select one
of the adjustment pots on the AXLOC-55SP and turn it slowly clockwise
until you notice audio distortion and then stop. Turn the remaining pot
to the same position as the previously adjusted pot. The audio set-up
of the AXLOC-55SP is now complete and ready to be enjoyed.
The AXLOC-55SP is designed to convert speaker level audio to line level
audio. This allows for the installation of line level products such as amplifiers,
EQs and crossovers on systems that do not have RCA line level outputs. In
addition this device will also detect the presence of an audio signal and then
generate a +12V output that can be used to turn-on an aftermarket amplifier.

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
El AXLOC-55SP está diseñado para convertir el nivel de audio de las bocinas a un
audio a nivel de línea. Esto permite la instalación de productos a nivel de línea
como amplificadores, ecualizadores y divisores de frecuencia en los sistemas que
no cuentan con salidas RCA a nivel de línea. Además, este dispositivo también
detectará la presencia de una señal de audio y luego generará una salida de +12 V
que se puede usar para encender un amplificador del mercado de accesorios.
Características:
El voltaje máximo de entrada es de 55 watts. El circuito de entrada
corrige la distorsión de cruce por cero comúnmente encontrada en
otras marcas de convertidores de salida de línea. Reducción de voltaje
6:1 con salida variable. Enchufe de entrada desmontable. Cables RCA

Nota:
Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones de entrada de audio estén
polarizadas o en fase, es decir, los cables positivos de salida de la fuente
de audio deben estar conectados a los cables positivos de entrada del
AXLOC-55SP. La misma configuración aplica para los cables negativos de
audio. Si los cables no se conectan de esta manera, el resultado será una
reproducción de bajos deficiente y un audio de baja calidad
.
Ajuste del AXLOC-55SP para su máximo rendimiento: Tras completar todas las
conexiones necesarias, gire los potenciómetros de ajuste del AXLOC-55SP para
que queden apuntando hacia abajo, rotándolos completamente en sentido
opuesto a las manecillas del reloj. A continuación, encienda el sonido estéreo y
ajuste el control de volumen principal del mismo a aproximadamente 3/4 del
volumen máximo. Seleccione uno de los potenciómetros de ajuste del AXLOC-
55SP y gírelo despacio en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj. Deténgase cuando
escuche que se distorsiona el sonido. Gire el otro potenciómetro hasta ponerlo
en la misma posición que el potenciómetro recién ajustado. Ha finalizado la
configuración de audio para el AXLOC-55SP y está listo para disfrutar de su uso.
