Attention! Let the vehicle sit with the key
out of the ignition for a few minutes before
removing the factory radio. When testing the
aftermarket equipment, ensure that all factory
equipment is connected before cycling the
key to ignition.
TOOLS REQUIRED
ā€¢ Crimping tool and connectors, or solder gun,
solder, and heat shrink
ā€¢ Tape ā€¢ Wire cutter ā€¢ Zip ties

If itā€™s uncertain whether the vehicle contains a speciļ¬c speaker or not,
test the wires with a tone generator, or check to see if the factory
wires are populated on the vehicle side. Alternatively, the wires can
be tested for impedance with a multimeter.
