Important Notice - Do lose or forget your password. To ensure that not

your DVR has the best security possible, password recovery has been

designed to be a complicated and time consuming process. Only a select

number of staff at Swann Helpdesk/Technical Support can assist. Pass-

word retrieval can take several days, which means you will not be able

to access your DVR during this time.
