Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Rollei Produkt entschieden haben. Dieses professionelle Stativ der Serie Lion Rock Mark II bietet Ihnen eine enorme Stabilität
sowie eine hohe Tragkraft. Es ist der ideale Begleiter für Reise- und Naturfotografen. In den folgenden Abschnitten werden die einzelnen Funktionen erklärt. Bitte
lesen Sie die Anleitung vor der Verwendung des Statives sorgfältig durch.
1. Bestandteile des Statives

2. Die Basisplatte
1. Die Basisplatte ist mit einer 3/8 Zoll Schraube
ausgestattet. Über diese Schraube können Sie
unter anderem einen Stativkopf* montieren.
2. Wir empfehlen Ihnen auch den verwendeten
Stativkopf* zu kontern. Schrauben Sie dafür
die Konterschraube an der Unterseite der
Basisplatte am Kopf fest. Nun ist der Stativ-
kopf* fest mit der Basisplatte verbunden und
kann sich nicht versehentlich lösen.
3. Lösen oder fixieren Sie die Basisplatte, indem
Sie die Spannschraube nach oben oder unten
bewegen. Ziehen Sie ggf. die Schraube nach
außen, dann nach oben/unten bewegen und
loslassen. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang so
lange, bis die Platte locker oder fest sitzt. Um
die Basisplatte herauszunehmen, drücken Sie
die Entriegelung der Basisplatte und entneh-
men Sie die Platte.
*Stativkopf nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
4. Instandhaltung
• Falls erforderlich, verwenden Sie bitte ein wei-
ches Handtuch mit einem sanften Reinigungs-
mittel, um das Verriegelungssysteme und die
beweglichen Teile zu reinigen.
• Wenn erforderlich, verwenden Sie für die
leichte Beweglichkeit bitte ein herkömmliches
Schmiermittel.

ben vorbehalten und bedürfen keiner Ankündigung.
3. Stativbeine
3.1 Der Winkel der Stativbeine kann in drei Rastpositionen eingestellt werden. Ziehen Sie dafür die
Winkelverriegelung heraus und bewegen Sie das Stativbein in die von Ihnen gewünschte Position.

3.2 Das Stativbein besteht aus 4 Segmenten von denen 3 in der Länge verändert werden können. Öffnen
Sie dafür die Beinverriegelung mit einer 1/4 Drehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Nun können Sie die
Beinlänge variieren. Wenn Sie die gewünschte Länge erreicht haben, schließen Sie die Beinverriege-
lung wieder.
3.3 Unter den Gummifüßen befinden sich integrierte Spikes. Diese können im Gelände (Boden, Matsch,
etc.) eingesetzt werden und sorgen somit für einen stabileren Stand. Um die Spikes nutzen zu
können, ziehen Sie die Gummifüße ab. Für den Fall, dass Sie die Gummifüße verlieren, befinden sich
Ersatzgummifüße im Lieferumfang. Sollten sich die Spikes lösen, nutzen Sie bitte den mitgelieferten
Inbusschlüssel und ziehen Sie die Spikes wieder fest.

Lion Rock 30 Mark II instructions
Many thanks for choosing a Rollei product. This tripod out of the series Lion Rock Mark II is highly professional and offers huge stability as well as an extremely
high loading capacity. This tripod is the ideal option for travel and nature photographers. Please find all further functions described within the next paragraphs.
Please read this manual carefully before using this product.
1. Parts of the Tripod

2. The Base Plate
1. The base plate is equipped with a 3/8 inch
screw. With this screw you can attach a tripod
head* onto the tripod.
2. We recommend that you also lock the tripod
head* onto the base plate. Therefore screw
the anti-rotating screw from below the base
plate in the direction of the head. Then the
tripod head* is firmly attached to the plate
and cannot accidentally be screwed off.
3. Loosen or tighten the mounting plate by
moving the tensioning screw upwards or
downwards. If necessary pull the screw
outside, then move it up or down and release
it again. Repeat this so often until the plate is
loosened or secured. To remove the base plate
completely push the security lock button and
take the plate out.
*Tripod head not included into the packaging.
4. Maintenance
• If necessary, please use the soft towel with
moderate detergent to clean the locking
system and the gliding parts.
• If necessary, please use regular lubricants.

3. Tripod Legs
3.1 The angle of the tripod legs can be adjusted in three different positions. Therefore please pull out the
leg angle adjustment lock. Then you are able to move the leg up and down.

3.2 The tripod leg consists of 4 segments and three of them can be extended smoothly. Therefore open
the leg lock system by turning it counter clockwise with a 1/4 rotation. Then you can extend or re-
tract the legs. If the desired length of each segment is achieved lock the mechanism again by turning
it clockwise until it is not able to turn around any further.
3.3 Underneath the rubber feet you will find the integrated spikes. These spikes can be used in areas
with soil, mud and so on where you need a better grip for the tripod. To use the spikes just pull off
the rubber feet. In the unlikely event that you lose the rubber feet you will find 3 extra rubber feet
inside the packaging. In the unlikely event that the spikes get loose please use the wrench to tighten
them again.
