past. Junked or abondoned
refrigerators or freezers are still

ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
The refrigerator must be plugged into its own ā¢ī
dedicated 220-240 Volt, 50/60 Hz., AC only electric
outlet.īTheīpowerīcordīofītheīapplianceīisīequippedīwithī
a three-prong grounding plug for your protection against
electrical shock hazards. It must be plugged directly into a
properly grounded three-prong receptacle. The receptacle
must be installed in accordance with local codes and
ordinances.īConsultīaīqualiī¬edīelectrician.īDo not use an
extension cord or adapter plug.
ā¢ī Ifītheīpowerīcordīisīdamaged,īitīshouldībeīreplacedībyīaīī ī
special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer
or its service agent.
ā¢ī Neverīunplugītheīrefrigeratorībyīpullingīonītheīpowerīī ī
cord. Always grip the plug ļ¬rmly, and pull straight out
from the receptacle to prevent damaging the power cord.

replacing a light bulb to avoid electrical shock.
