dangerous! Careless or incorrect use
can result in serious or fatal injury to
the operator or others. It is extremely
important that you read and
understand the contents of the operatorâs manual.
Please read the operatorâs manual
carefully and make sure you
understand the instructions before
using the machine.
Always wear:
⢠Wear a protective helmet where
there is a risk of falling objects
⢠Approved hearing protection
⢠Approved eye protection
Max. speed of output shaft, rpm
Watch out for thrown objects and
ricochets.
The operator of the machine must
ensure, while working, that no
persons or animals come closer
than 15 meters (50 ft.).
Arrows which show limits for handle
positioning.
Always wear approved protective
gloves.
Wear sturdy, non-slip boots.
Only use non-metallic, ďŹexible
cutting attachments, i.e. trimmer
heads with trimmer cord.
Air purge
Move choke control up to choke
position.
Other symbols/decals on the
machine refer to special certiďŹcation
requirements for certain markets.
The engine is switched off by moving
the stop switch to the stop position.
CAUTION! The stop switch
automatically returns to the start
position. In order to prevent
unintentional starting, the spark plug
cap must be removed from the spark plug when
assembling, checking and/or performing maintenance.
Always wear approved protective
gloves.
Regular cleaning is required.
Visual check.
