This apparatus is guaranteed against all defects of fabrications for a period of
24 month from the installation date shown on this warranty coupon, taking
into consideration the 1999/44/CE.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to fill entirely the guarantee certificate
included in this booklet and to NOT REMOVE the guarantee label from the

missing of the enclosed sale document, will invalidate the guarantee. The
guarantee is valid exclusively to Gemini Technologies S.p.A. Authorized
Service Centers.
The manufacturer will decline any responsibility for any eventual
malfunctions of the device, or electrical plant damages of the vehicle, due to
improper installation, use or tampering.
This alarm has exclusively a deterrent function against eventual thefts.
INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE
The undersigned, qualified installer, attests to have personally fitted the here
described Vehicle Security sistem following the manufacturer instructions.
OPERATING DESCRIPTION
COMPLETE ALARM ARMING
Press the lock button on the original radio control of the vehicle.
Arming will be indicated by one turn signal flash and one high tone signal
(BEEP) (if these functions have not been excluded in programming stage).
AUTOMATIC ALARM ARMING
Automatic arming allows to have the alarm system active, 60 seconds after the
engine switching “OFF” and the opening of a door.
For automati arming see at the installation manual or answer to the installer.
ALARM ARMING WITH EXCLUSION OF VOLUMETRIC PROTECTION
AND COMFORT CONTROL
This function allows the user to arm the system, with volumetric protection and
comfort control being excluded
To actieve this function, the system must be disarmed and the ignition key
turned to “OFF” (is not important the position of the driver’s door).
Proceed as follows:
!Introduce the electronic key into the receptacle.
!Vehicle turn signals will flash twice to that the function has been saved to
memory.
!Press the lock button of the vehicle's original radio control.
!The system will indicate successful arming (with volumetric protection
and comfort control exclude) by one long and one shorter flashing of turn
signals and one long and one shorter beep (if these functions have not
been excluded in programming stage).
Note: this function inhibits also positive exit when alarm is armed (Pink wire),
the comfort control and the external sensor inlet (Green-Black wire) and it lasts
just for one arming cycle.
ARMING NEUTRAL TIME AND COMFORT FUNCTION
The arming neutral time lasts for 30 seconds and is indicated by permanent
turning on of the state Led.
During this period, the alarm active the comfort function for 20 seconds, and
the user is allowed to leave the vehicle without provoking any false alarm
condition.
SYSTEM ARMED
After the inhibit time (about 30 sec.), The system is armed and it is ready to
detect any theft attempt.
When the system is properly armed, the LED blinks.
After disarming the system, any occured attempt will be indicated by the alarm
with visual/acoustic signalling..
ALARM, HINIBIT TIME AND ALARM CYCLES
As previously described, any occured attempt will be indicated by the alarm
with visual/acoustic signalling.
After the alarm triggering, before another alarm cause, there are 5 seconds of
“neutral time”, that allow to disarm the system by emergency pin-code.
The alarm signalling has 10 cycles of 30 seconds each for input and arming
cycles.
The ignition key (+15/54) alarm signalling have no limitation.
ALARM DISARMING
Press the unlock button of the vehicle's original radio control.
Disarming is indicated by three turn signal flashes and three acoustic signals (if
these functions have not been excluded in programming stage).
If an alarm condition has occurred, it will be signalled by five turn signal flashes
and five acoustic signals (if these functions have not been excluded in
programming stage).
See next paragraph for all signalling.
ALARM MEMORY
When disarming the alarm, if five turn signal flashes and five beep signals
occur (if these functions have not been excluded in programming stage), it is
possible to identify the cause generating the alarm condition.
To do this, turning the ignition key in “ON” position and see at the vehicle
installed LED.
The LED will be blink, shown the last alarm condition.
The cause of the alarm will indicate for three times.
This indication can be interrupted by turning the ignition key to OFF.

PROGRAMMING THE ALARM SYSTEM
Has been prevously programmed with standard configuration during
manufacturing procedure by Gemini.
Visual/acoustics functions (blinker/chirp) during arming/disarmin of the
system, are included in the standard configuration.
That can be modified anytime.
Cutting off the power supply of vehicle electrical equipment, no programmed
functions are changed.
To modify the visual/acoustic signalling see next paragraph.
To program the other functions see dip-switch table.
PROGRAMMING OPTIC/ACOUSTIC FUNCTION
In this section we describe the procedure to programming the optic/acoustic
function (blinker e chirp).
!With alarm being disarmed, open the driver side door of the vehicle and
keep it open.
!Turn the ignition key in “ ON” position.
!Introduce the electronic key in the specific receptacle or press the button on
Led (in case the system is not equipped with electronic key).
!Starting of programming procedure is indicated by one high tone (BEEP)
and two loud tones (BOOP); if this does not occur, repeat the procedure from
the beginning.
Possible programming operations are:
!Exclusion of turn signal flashing, when the alarm is armed or disarmed, by
putting once the electronic key in the specific fob or by pushing once the
button on the Led (for 7621 only). The alarm system will send out a short
high tone signal (BEEP).
!Exclusion of system's acoustic activation deactivation (chirp), by putting
twice the electronic key in the specific fob or by pushing consecutively twice
the button on the Led (for 7621 only).
The alarm system will send out a short high tone signal (BEEP) to each
insertion of the ignition key or pressure of the button.
!Exclusion of both functions, by putting for three consecutive times the
electronic key in the specific fob, or by pushing for three consecutive times
the button on the Led (for 7621 only).
The alarm system will send out a short high tone signal (BEEP) to each
insertion of the ignition key or pressure of the button.
!Turn the ignition key in "OFF" position.
EMERGENCY DISARMING WITH ELECTRONIC KEY
(ONLY 7624 E 7622)
This kind of disarming is considered as an “EMERGENCY DISARMING”
Insert the electronic key into the specific receptacle, the system will be
disarmed and turned off.
For re-arming does not occur when the user presses the lock button of the
vehicle.
To restore the normal operation, you must put again the electronic key into the
specific fob.
One short acoustic signal and one state Led flashing will confirm the alarm
arming.
EMERGENCY DISARMING WITH PIN-CODE
In the alarm system withount electronic key, for the emergency disarming must
use the PIN-CODE.
This function allows the user to disarm the device, when available radio
controls have been lost or they are not functioning.
The foreseen PIN-CODE is composed of four digits, from of 1 to 9.
The manufacturer's setting is 1-1-1-1 and are the same in all the alarm system.
Due to brevious safety reasons, we reccomend to replace this original code
with another user’s customized code.
Please see at the relative paragraph for pin-code programming (pag.12).
PROGRAMMING OF NEW ELECTRONIC KEYS
The alarm can be memorized 4 electronic key.
Follow the procedure below to do this operation.
!Bring the dip-swithc N°6 in”ON” position.
!Turn the vehicle ignition key in “ON” position.
The alarm will confirm that the programming has been enabled with an
optical signal by the direction indicator lights, two acoustic signal with high
tone and two acoustic signals with low tone.
!Insert the electronic key in the receptacle.
The alarm will signal the memorization of the electronic key with an opticall
signal by the direction indicator lights, two acoustic signal with high tone and
two acoustic signals with low tone.
Repeat the same operation to memorize other electronic keys.
!Bring the dip-swithc N°6 in“OFF” position.
!Turn the vehicle ignition key in “OFF” position.
!The end of this procedure will be indicated by a LED blinking.
