Panel meter for load cells, size 96 x 48 mm (1/8 DIN)
Digital panel meter with 96 x 48 mm (1/8 DIN) size and 6 digits with 14 mm digit height, for load cell signals.
Provides excitation voltage congurable to +5 Vdc or +10 Vdc to power up to 8 standard 350 Ohms cells.
Scalable reading from 999999 to -199999 with congurable decimal point. Tare function, with congura-
ble controls, and "auto-tare" function for automatic tare correction when weight is removed from the cell.
Three working modes with dierent acquisition speeds and noise reduction to 50 and 60 Hz. Output and
control options with 1, 2 and 3 relays, isolated analog outputs, Modbus RTU communications, transistor
outputs, SSR control outputs, RS-485 ASCII and RS-232. Independent alarms congurable as maximum or
minimum, with activation at setpoint or when reading is stable, with 1 or 2 setpoints per alarm, hystre-
sis, independent activation and deactivation delays, congurable inverted activation of the relay and
congurable locked alarms. Front protection IP65. Connections by plug-in screw ter minals. For industrial
applications. Functions included:
» Tare accessible from frontal key or rear contact (see "Tare functions included")
» Automatic "auto-tare" function (see "Function auto-tare")
» Access to gross weight value and tare value (see "Gross weight, net and tare")
» Function "On Power Up" for automatic activation of functions at start-up (see "On power up function")
» Scale factor for easy modication of reading units (see "Scale factor")
» "Stock units" function to count units (see "Function stock")
» Access to the measured signal value (in mV), excitation current provided (in mA) and real excitation
voltage (see "Fast access")
» Congurable "Fast access" menu (key UP) with access to selected functions (see "Fast access")
Multiple display lters, memory for maximum and minimum, password, 5 congurable brightness levels.

» Read recommendations to connect the "sense" (see "Connecting the sense") and for load cell ground
connections (see "Connecting the cell to the ground")
2. Initial setup (see "Initial set-up")
» Theoretical conguration of the cell (obtain the load cell data: sensitivity, load and excitation) and
congure the instrument
» Apply the empirical conguration of the cell (apply the high and low "eld correction")
» Assign the "system zero"
